Southview Guest House

Southview is in a great location, with the beach and coffee shop basically at the end of the street Could not fault the accommodation which is clean, fresh and so well appointed Found the owner Neil so easy to get along with We would certainly recommend this guest house and will not hesitate to stay again on our next visit to Bulli

Little Gem in Bulli, hosts Neil and Leanne most welcoming. Close to the beach. Everything you need in the spacious top floor ‘house’. Big king size bed, big shower & spa bath, balcony/verandah with seating, sun lounge, bbq, fully equipped kitchen. Ocean views, cafes nearby. A short drive to Supermarket & shops

My wife and I planned our road trip from Melbourne to Queensland with various stops enroute. We used Google as our search platform. We were looking, for pet friendly accommodation. One of our stays was with Southview Boutique Guesthouse in NSW. The accommodation was excellent, it was set out as a studio apartment. Nicely presented, with all and I mean all the convivences, clean and well maintained. The hosts, Neil, and Leanne were very helpful and informative about the area and tendered to all our needs. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience. We would willingly return to have a short vacation. It was an excellent stay.

Great spacious accommodation. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. A huge bathroom with double shower as well as a massive spa bath! Also had a great coffee machine and kitchen! We will definitely be back! Thanks again

Neil and Leanne were wonderful hosts who were very welcoming and friendly. My husband and I stayed in the Seaview suite and my father stayed in the garden suite as we were in Bulli for a family wedding at Panorama House. We were all very impressed by the comfort and little personal touches throughout both suites. The spa bath was divine, views were beautiful and we had absolutely everything we wanted and needed. We would happily stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending Southview Boutique Guest House to anyone!

Just had our third stay in the Garden suite at Southview with our two small dogs. Great location with beaches and cafes within easy walking distance.(which were pet friendly) Comfy bed, BIG bath towels and everything we needed in the kitchen. Garden area is completely enclosed so pups had safe area outside. Neil and Leanne are great hosts and happy to help with local information. No hesitation in recommending Southview. So Happy I chose Southview Boutique Guest House Had to go to Bulli for a wedding at Panorama House Maddens Plains. Such a great convenient location to the venue - only a 5 min drive approx away. Also only one block to the beach and cafes. We stayed in the Garden Suite which is dog friendly. Huge loungeroom and combined dining room overlooking a big outside courtyard. Netflix supplied. Modern kitchen with everything you need including fridge, microwave, washing machine, all cutlery and crockery etc. Lovely cosy bed with ensuite bathroom. Huge big wonderful shower. I was very happy and will most certainly come back again. Thanks Neil and Leanne

I stayed in the Garden Suite for four nights while visiting the Illawarra Folk Festival. The apartment is very spacious, very comfortable and very well equipped, especially the kitchen which has just about everything you could want. I appreciated the Nespresso machine, and there were plenty of pods to use in it! The lounge room had a very comfortable sofa and a large TV with Netflix, although I had very little time to use it. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a huge shower. Everything you need for your stay is provided. I didn't have time to use the garden facilities or the large deck area. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the sea front and about a 10 minute walk across a small park to Bulli's CBD. It's located in a very quiet residential area. Very quiet at night. Neil and Leanne are very kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. It was a pleasure meeting them both. I would definitely stay with them the next time I am in Bulli.

Accommodation was amazing with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay, close to beach and coffee shops, we were fortunate to stay in the pet friendly accommodation where our fur baby was welcomed and felt right at home. Neil and Leanne, thanks again for accommodating us, we look forward to staying again and would definitely reccommend to all our family and friends. Rod and Kerrie
