We stayed for four nights in this homely hotel. It is at Lyabi Hauz Square which is a modern tourist complex not entirely to our taste but quite tolerable. The location was convenient for amenities and a good choice of restaurants as well as on the doorstep of more traditional old attractions. The staff were really great, so helpful and courteous. The ensuite room was large, had lovely decor and was of a really good standard. The breakfast was amazing, all fresh with a range of hot and cold food. We used the laundry service which was same day and VFM. Overall an enjoyable stay and can highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a fantastic location in amazing Bukhara....walking distance to most sights and a smorgasbord of restaurants and wine shops around too, yet still quiet for a good sleep :) Perhaps because there is a lovely courtyard and the rooms tend to be at the back of the hotel away from all the noise of Lyab-i-Haus, which is literally out your front door! We had a spacious deluxe room with a very comfortable bed....strangely the oversheet didn't quite fit, so we also used the one from the single bed. Wifi was excellent by Uzbek standards or Australian for that matter and Rava on the front desk was extremely helpful, particularly with our luggage, up & down the stairs and to the pick up point on the main road....we didn't realise the hotel was on a pedestrian mall, his help was much appreciated! Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. Only negatives I can think of....perhaps English signs on the breakfast items to tell you what they are....bit of a taste and see! Staff at breakfast could be more attentive with replacing cutlery, but just a minor problem. Highly recommend you stay here when in Bukhara.

The building is beautiful from the outside and the inside. The room is spacious and comfortable, the mattress is soft and comfortable. The location is central and within walking distance of important landmarks. The staff, especially the young man "Rawaa", who was kind and did not hesitate to provide any assistance. A very nice hotel, very well located (you can explore the city on foot from the hotel), with a breakfast room and very nicely decorated rooms. The welcome is very friendly, Fatima and the receptionists are attentive and speak several languages easily. It was the most beautiful hotel of our stay in Uzbekistan, with a very reasonable price. And as we had to take the night train in the evening but there had been a sandstorm during the day, we were allowed to shower before going to the station. This was very appreciated! A big thank you to the whole team!

We spent 3 nights in this traditional, oriental hotel. The welcome was very warm and attentive and we felt at home right from the start. The rooms are cozy and clean and the inner courtyard is also inviting. The hotel is right in the center of Bukhara, close to the famous sights, but it is still pleasantly quiet. The breakfast buffet also offers something for everyone, only the instant coffee was a bit unusual. I can 100 percent recommend this accommodation and would check in here again myself.
