Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, der Wellnes Bereich war mangelhaft, auch nicht wirklich sauber, und viel zu viele Gäste im Vergleich was Liegen zur Verfügung standen. Alle Bademäntel hatten Löcher. Die Sauna wie in Einfamilienhaus, so klein und einfach. Das Essen war okay, das Personal auch , aber im Restaurant viele Polsterungen aufgerissen und kaputt. Im Internet wirkt dass Hotel super- die Realität sagt was anderes.

Wir reisen sehr viel, und sind nicht besonders anspruchsvoll, auch wenn der Preis für dieses Hotel sehr niedrig ist, kann man sich dennoch erwarten, dass es sauber ist und auch die Zimmer gereinigt werden. Englisch ist ein Weltsprache und sollte diese, gerade in einem Hotel, gesprochen werden. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist, da die Zimmer sehr kalt sind, die Heizung dürfte nicht richtig funktionieren, die Matratzen eine reine Schaumstoffauflage ist, der Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft ist, sodass das Duschen eine Überschwemmung verursacht hat, die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt. Der Wellnessbereich, der definitiv keiner ist, ist kalt, sehr alte und harte Holzliegen, Schimmel und Dreck in jeder Ecke vorhanden. Dieses Hotel muss dringenden saniert werden. Das Essen war okay, die Kellner überfordert mit 20 Gästen, sodass man 25 Minuten auf sein Mineral warten musste. Sehr, sehr enttäuschend und wirklich nicht zum Weiterempfehlen

Avoid this hotel by any chance!! We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. 3 bugs killed in the allergy room!! Cold water in 2 out of 3 rooms 2 days Way too hot in 2x out 3 rooms even with the window open 2 out of 4 saunas were closed!! Not clean rooms (around windows) The shower heads are from the 80s This is not a 4-star hotel.. there are many other 4 star hotels in Bük which are indeed 4 star hotels.

The food is great and the service is excellent.The only little problem we had is no soap in the bathroom but the front desk helped with some kind of used bottle of deusce. No shampoo and conditioner too.beside that we had a great time in the spa.

This hotel is absolutely shabby and musty. No matter how many stars it has. I wouldn't even give it 1 star. The whole hotel smells musty and the wellness area is a disgrace. Better to stay in Austria and pay a bit more. And the hotel wasn't that cheap either. Dinner and breakfast weren't satisfactory either. We left after one night. We had booked 3 nights, but I couldn't stand that old smell any more. Not recommended!!!!

Wir haben das Hotel mit einem Gutschein gebucht. Auf der Website ist ein schönes, neues 4-Sterne Hotel beworben, die Realität sieht allerdings anders aus. Der Wellnessbereich, auf welchen wir uns sehr gefreut haben, ist eine Zumutung! Er ist sehr veraltet und wirkt ungepflegt im "Schwimmbad" findet man einen riesigen Schmutzteppich vor welcher auf dem Wasser schwimmt. Der Holzrahmen bei Fenster- und Türglasrahmen fault und ist dreckig. Saunabereich besteht aus winzigen Saunen, welche man eher für den häuslichen Gebrauch erwartet. Für einen mehrtätigen Wellnessurlaub absolut zu wenig. Im Wellnessbereich war es generell sehr laut. An der Bar war nie Personal. Es gibt zwar einen "Ruhebereich" welcher aber direkt neben Klo, Bar und Kinderbereich liegt. Es war fast unmöglich zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Liegen dort, waren verdreckt und überall war es rostig. Das Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt. Im Badezimmer war überall Schimmel und das Bettlaken blutig und schmutzig. Keine Entschuldigung bei der Reklamation. Das Essen im Hotel war okay, aber niemals die Küche eines 4-Stern Hotels! Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich und manche auch bemüht. Fazit: Absolut keine 4 Sterne verdient und für einen Pärchen-Wellness-Urlaub nicht zu empfehlen.

I spent a nice, quiet stay here with my wife. Well, someone may be unhappy, but honestly, for decent money great ... the rooms may be a little tired, but overall, the service, the food, the environment at a good level. I have experienced accommodation in luxury and a shack ... Piroska is not a bad choice .... not a single complaint is about the hotel, but the guests .... it does not hurt some of the decency and also the upbringing of your children ... overall I evaluate positively ... 👍
