Outstanding
GGuest UserFierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though.
The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room.
We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious.
The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines.
The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great!
We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm.
I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout.
I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!
GGuest UserThe room is comfortable and clean, especially the kitchen, which has everything you need. The location is very convenient, right on the pedestrian street, and you can walk to the Obelisk, the Cologne Theater, and the port. The front desk is patient and meticulous, and answers all questions. The old house has an elevator, many toilets, and a reasonable and convenient entertainment and leisure area. There are also free tango lessons.
LLiWe stayed at a loft room in Morden Apartment for 6 nights and we extended our stay for 7 nights .We are very happy with our choice.
Location: Perfect! It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We worked remotely and the WiFi was working perfectly fine for our work. There are plenty of green space outside the building for excises and walking. The ecological reserve is 5 minutes walking distance. Jumbo supermarket and an Asian grocery store ( Hawaii Market) are steps away. 10 minutes Uber to major historical sites. We walked to visit them most of the time.
Room condition: Spacious, clean, well maintained.
Service: We communicate with our host via WhatsApp for all the online checking in and other information. Very prompt response and efficient communication.
Breakfast: The breakfast is in a restaurant in the corner of the building. Starting at 8:30am. The menu is fixed and you have four options. No fruit. It’s good enough for us. Coffee is great!
We highly recommend it for your visit in BA.
GGuest UserFar exceeded expectations
Facilities and toiletries are very new
Good hygiene, very quiet
The service is particularly good. We had an early flight and didn't have time for breakfast. We could take away coffee, bread, and biscuits in the lobby. The drinks in the room were also very good
The surrounding transportation is convenient. The city sightseeing bus is just opposite. You can buy local traffic cards 200 meters to the right. There is a convenience store 20 meters to the left. The obelisk is a few minutes' walk away
VVegeVery quiet at night, very comfortable with an open-air balcony, great location, many supermarket restaurants around. The floor of the room is a little dusty, but it does not affect the overall accommodation experience. It is more suitable for passengers who stay for several days. The kitchenette can get some things to eat. The spare parts provided are the simplest basic, but the smell of shampoo, hair care, and shower gel is very relaxing.
The only drawback is that the way and process of check-in are very crashing. I almost have to give up and change to other homes. Because the two indoor phones on the hotel notification letter cannot be dialed, the reservation number of the network check in is also wrong, resulting in the inability to check in online. At the beginning, the platform side could not get a connection until I asked for a refund, because my arrival time had exceeded the front desk off work time (5:00 pm), and it was impossible to process the check-in after arriving at the scene. Fortunately, the platform side helped me get the accommodation side's what's app. The accommodation party should provide what's app directly in the first notification letter, which is convenient for instant contact, otherwise for tourists who have been flying and transiting, they can only connect through the indoor phone, and no one will serve after the time, which is really inconvenient.
MMikhail GraboI had the pleasure of staying at Palacio Hotel, and it was a delightful experience . The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.
Receptionists Lourdes and Camila made my stay at a Palacio Hotel a memorable experience. Their dedication to providing outstanding service is a testament to their hard work and passion for their roles. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by these two remarkable receptionists. The room and bathroom were modern, spacious, clean, and, with stunning views of the San Martin Square and Palace .
I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, hotel restaurant is reasonably priced, with high quality of food and with a good service
The hotel's location is. perfect, just on a San Martin square, near the subway station and bus tourist stop .Overall, I highly recommend Palacio Hotel for anyone looking for Central, , convenient location to explore Buenos Aires .
PpureMThe staff at the hostel were so friendly and there was a 24-hour guard at the door so I could stay safely. The spacious rooms were always kept clean and the hot water was good. The location was good with good access to tourist spots right in front of the obelisk.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located close to the center. Decent food but little selection for breakfast. Fairly clean rooms, but their standard leaves much to be desired 🤨 the photos of the room are well tweaked 😉
GGuest UserIn the city center, convenient for travel. Old building, simple facilities, but clean inside. It's a fan room, no air conditioning, but it's not too hot in this season. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. Affordable price, high cost performance.
