Hello....it caught my attention that breakfast is not included in the cost of the room, I have stayed in 2,3,4, and 5-star hotels and they have all served breakfast. My mistake for not noticing that the reservation clarified it...a separate point, the heating did not work well, the cable signal was poor...thanks for the opportunity to comment...

Mi estadía en el Hotel Bisonte Palace fue excelente. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien mantenidas, y la ubicación es perfecta para moverse por la ciudad. Las habitaciones eran cómodas y bien equipadas, lo que hizo que mi experiencia fuera muy agradable. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel y me hospedaría aquí de nuevo en futuras visitas

Fue una estadía corta 3 días, pasamos bárbaro, con buen desayuno, excelente trato de todo el personal. Luego del desayuno el resto del día pasábamos paseando. A la noche cuando queríamos cenar también nos syudaron con información según las consultas que realizamos. Todo con muy buena dispocision.No dimos 5/5 porque nunca damos la excelencia. Siempre puede haber cosas a mejorar.

Muy buena ubicación, habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas y con grandes ventanales. El desayuno bien, aunque esperaba hubieran medialunas típicas que me encantan. A veces habían... Pero había un pan Brioche, exquisito que no extrañé las medialunas. Algo que me gustó fue que los panes de moldes no estaban a la intemperie sino que estaban envueltos de a dos cuidando no se secaran, un buen detalle. Muy limpio, todo el personal muy correcto y atento, colaborando y solucionando cualquier consulta. Volvería sin lugar a dudas.

I give it a point because you can't do less. Disgusting! Very little cleaning, dirty carpets, smells... and the worst, FULL OF COCKROACHES. Very poor breakfast, poor quality products. Reception with very little friendliness. It is not a 4 star hotel nor is it even close.

We stayed the long weekend of August for the first time, and we loved it. The hotel is very nice, the room is large, the breakfast is very rich and the location is great. In November we return. The afternoon receptionist whose name I can't remember is very rude. I highly recommend it!

We stayed for 5 days, everything was excellent. good location, very friendly staff, throughout the hotel, very good breakfast, tremendous croissants!! haha super delicious. Clean rooms, what could be improved: the pillows are worn... but I asked them to change them and they replaced another one, the TV. The converter system is old... maybe we hardly even watch TV. Would go again. Beyond that I liked it and I recommend it.
