Very clean hotel and hotel room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff and yummy breakfast. Was able to park in front of our room and it was quiet all night got some great sleep. Right down the road from Cottonwood Springs. Will be returning to this same hotel.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The property was lovely inside and out, nicely decorated for Halloween, with very pleasant staff at the front desk. Our room was nice and the bathroom was especially nice, wider than what is often time found in hotel rooms. The breakfast exceeded all of our expectations. Even had a special area with food for those who are gluten-free. There is filtered water available at the end of each hall. Very thoughtful throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through Buena Vista.

Best Western Vista Inn the room I stayed in was super clean I really enjoyed my stay and the mountain views are spectacular. The breakfast is excellent the pillows are fluffy the beds are really comfortable and the hotel staff everyone was just great.

We were in town for the Sawatch 50k race. The entire staff were welcoming and friendly from check in to check out. The complimentary breakfast blows away the typical competition in variety and cleanliness. This is a great place to stay! We stayed after the race to recuperate It’s worth the extra cost!

Great location, good breakfast options, clean comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff. Close to downtown and central to area hiking. Would stay here again. We enjoyed our visit to Buena Vista and the stay at Best Western Vista Inn

48 hour to start planning to hike a nearby mountain at the early start of the Aspen season in the Colorado Rockies and with perfect day weather prediced. Trip Advisors' top rating well deserved. Friendly staff. Excellent bed and bedding. Critical plus: Breakfast, a real breakfast, was ready and available to us early morning hikers around 5 am. Not sure they want this advertised, but it was so important to getting up and down the local mountain for us Medicare enrolled types.

Great location, looked nice, but thoughtless front desk staff and very overpriced! We had three outlets in our room that were taped with painters tape, hanging from the wall. We had food on the floor when we walked into our room and the front staff checking us in, Tanya was very unprofessional! Tanya was ill-mannered, threatening, and arrogant! She tired to bully us by stating she would cancel our room when I questioned the reservation, and confirmed the number of occupants by showing her my confirmation. I was so frustrated with her behavior, I walked out. When I came back in she maliciously snapped and said “oh so you will be staying here, told you, you won’t get a refund”. This is our first of many trips to Buena Vista, but this will be our last trip to this hotel as long as they continue to allow front staff, like Tanya to speak to customers that way! We encountered numerous other staff members, excellent each time, hope they employee more staff with values like those ones!

Surprisingly great place to stay! Breakfast was great and staff very friendly and attentive to clean and take care of things. Coffee at the cafe was better than Starbucks and the gift shop was huge with clothing, kitchen ware, kids clothes and toys. Really cute and unique items. Rooms were spacious too.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel—it exceeded all our expectations. Typically, small-town hotels tend to disappoint, but this one was different. The hotel is clean, the staff offers exceptional service, and the complimentary breakfast is actually good. The location is also fantastic with store, restaurants and the Main Street near by. To top it all off, they have a beautiful shop with excellent coffee and great views of the mountains.
