The location of the hotel is great. A big bonus is that it has many parking spaces and they are all free. It's also pretty close to the city center. We used a car to get around and it was extremely easy, but you might struuggle a bit if you're using public transport. The hotel is close to Budapest Arena, so it's a great choice if you're going to an event there. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and they have a big variety of options. Staff was lovely as well and they actually chaged our room from a double bed to a twin, on request. It doesn't look like a 4* hotel anymore, everything is a bit old and rundown.

The waiters are kind and friendly, the scenery is quiet, the location is convenient and close to the city center, but there is no independent big bed, the bed is relatively thin and the air conditioner is not strong enough, the room is relatively hot, but the overall cost performance is very high

Hi, I would like to say that this hotel has average rating :) We came to concert to Pap Laslo hall, which is nearby the hotel. We found out it very convenient. It is clean, but for example the beds are not tight. We had a parking place. It is great for those who are coming by the car. The breakfast was varios and delicious, we liked it. The bad thing is check in at 16h. Also, there is no exchange office nearby. My rating for Green hotel is 3 :) We had a lovely time however.

Hotel location is very good, close to Metro Line 2, very convenient. Clean, although the room is small, but the view is not bad The worst is sound insulation! ! Every morning I will be woken up, and the sound in the corridor can be heard clearly...

Small hotel near the fair center. I had a spacious room in the upper floor with rooftop and roof window. The bathroom was a little small but with everything you need so. The staff was very friendly and uncomplicated. The breakfast buffet was small but enough for me. The dining area itself has the atmosphere of a business cantine but is absolutely useful. On the back, a small garden area to enjoy the holiday evening beer in beautiful weather.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to public transportation. The tram is right across the street and the Metro station just a short walk away. You can also walk across to the other side of town where all the stores and restaurants are by using the Chain Bridge. However the bridge was closed for pedestrians last month, not sure if it is now open. Our room was a good size and we had a beautiful view of the Danube river and the Parliament. The small balcony outside our window needed to be cleaned though, as there were spider webs everywhere. Realized that after I stuck my head outside to look at the view.. You can also look outside the window in the hallway when you get off the elevators. It has a nice view of the castle at night. Bathroom was fine, there was a nice bathtub with a nice shower but I found the bathtub very high and it took me extra effort to climb in and out. Never had that problem before but for some reason this tub was not easy to climb into. The breakfast had many yummy choices. There were not many changes in what they offered everyday, but still they had many choices and also many different coffees you could prepare on the machine. Front desk staff were cordial and one young man in particular was very helpful with everything that we needed. I don't remember his name but he was in his 30s I believe with a goatie. All in all we enjoyed our stay! The only thing we wished is that this hotel had a pool, but oh well!

The location of the hotel is great. It is located on the bank of the Blue Danube, between the Parliament Building and the Chain Bridge. It is not far from the main attractions and is within walking distance. Although the room is next to the road, the sound insulation is very good and you can't hear much noise at night. Our room was on the first floor and had a view of the Parliament Buildings, although the electric poles on the roadside somewhat blocked the view. The hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming, greeting you with a smile. Breakfast is also good. The restaurant is small but very cozy. You can also order delicious freshly made eggs a la carte. Parking needs to be reserved in advance. The garage is right behind the hotel and is easy to find. Speaking of parking, it is necessary to talk about our experience. When we drove away after checking out, we needed to reverse out of the garage and turn onto the road. However, there were vehicles parked on the side of the road at the entrance of the garage. It was difficult to see the road behind the car when we reversed and turned. Although I reversed very slowly, unfortunately, the car As soon as the rear corner entered the road, it was hit by a car speeding from behind. Fortunately, no one on either side was injured and the damage to the vehicle was minimal. I say this to remind latecomers that if you drive out of this garage onto the road, it is very necessary to ask the person in the car to get out of the car and direct the reverse from behind! In particular, I would like to praise the hotel staff, a young and handsome man, who gave us great help. After the car collided, I called 112 and called the police. While waiting for the police to arrive, this staff member discovered that we had been involved in a traffic accident, and took the initiative to ask and help us. He repeatedly comforted me verbally, called 112 to inquire about the arrival time of the police, and helped us find and print relevant documents on the car in advance. After arriving at the scene, he helped us translate and communicate and negotiate with the police. With his help, we successfully obtained the traffic accident report. We occupied him for a long time during the entire process and I wanted to thank him, but he just said it was his job and no thanks were needed. This makes us very touched! This hotel is definitely our only choice next time we come to Budapest!

Advantages: The location is very good, just by the river, the room is bright and the floor height is very good The Russian restaurant in the hotel is delicious, and another Latin American restaurant is very low cost and the service is poor. The Hungarian restaurant in front of the hotel is very recommended, quite delicious, the service is warm and very cost-effective! Disadvantages: Hotel service is general, we did not order or eat breakfast (because we can't get up in the morning), actually said that we used two breakfasts to charge 90 euros. The Clark Hotel is located at Buda, which's very close to the cable car station of the Castle. It's also approachable for other sightseeing places in Buda. However, there's maintenance work nearby, so that the view from the room is not perfect. The check-in process is quite fast and efficient. Overall, the staff are friendly, except few cleaners who seem to be very cool and ignorant. I like the design of the Hotel which's very modern and posh. My room is on the 7th floor where there's a big balcony. If you have friends coming in the evening, all of you could enjoy the stunning night view of the City. The room is quite spacious that you have enough space for enjoying. Indeed, there're many other hotels choices for you to decide, although the Clark is obviously an ideal one.

Reopened after restructuring on August 23, 2024, very professionally and warmly managed by an experienced manager. The staff is super courteous and multilingual. You feel like you are being looked after like family and in good hands. Due to its location, it is a good starting point for tourist activities and yet very quiet in the evenings. Rooms well and tastefully furnished, quiet (very well-functioning) air conditioning, comfortable beds, pleasant wooden floors, from room 608 (although facing the back courtyard) a very nice view of the Danube with its magnificent buildings and the Fischer-Bastei. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.
