The hotel facilities are new, and the staff are very friendly. I initially had trouble connecting to the hotel's Wi-Fi, but the front desk helped me resolve it. There's a Spar supermarket downstairs, and an Aldi supermarket about a five-minute walk away, with the Aldi being larger."

What made me really angry was that I left my pajamas on the bed, and when I came back at night, although the bed had been made, my pajamas were thrown on the floor! They could have easily been placed on the nearby chair, but instead, they were tossed on the ground! Even if they had accidentally fallen, the staff could have at least picked them up. But they didn’t even bother! It completely ruined my mood. I’m so upset!"
