We booked with cancellation, we asked to postpone illness delay, charge the money, lied and did not answer at all, terrible service, stay away from this place! Booking was fine and they were asked to return but they flatly refused, we have documentation of everything written and this should not be ignored. אל תתקרבו למלון הזה!

Prezados, o BOOKING esta colocando hotéis, apartamentos e AIR BNB . na mesma listagem e isto só prejudica o cliente. É necessário separar na escolha. No caso deste citado acima , além de ser maltratado no telefone pela funcionaria( eu liguei 30 minutos antes do Check-in) ainda fiquei esperando por mais de 2 horas que alguém comparecesse..... e ninguém veio. Não há recepção, o apartamento da visão para um jardim de ..... lixo. Vocês necessitam melhorar e separar hotéis de residências e Air BNB. A experiencia não foi agradável e será reportada em todos os sites que eu conseguir. Nota zero para o Booking, Nota Zero para o Budapest Holidays CHIC e outros do mesmo grupo. Foi uma roubada, maltrarado e o Booking ainda queria cobrar a taxa......

Four-night stay in an extra large and clean apartment with a large couch for relaxing. Very nice to have clean and spacious kitchen and microwave though we did not use. The bathroom shower is strong and hot! The apartment is very bright and streetside so you can be part of the Pest action specially on Friday and Saturday nights. The location is a ten-minute walk from the train station and very easy to find. The gym downstairs is absolutely amazing and I was able to do a lot of lifting workouts. The apartment has a very large bedroom and big beds unfortunately the foam beds were too soft for us. Some people are okay with foam mattresses but it is too soft for me. Also, there were not enough darkening curtains to fully darken apartment #101 and there was light from the other units coming in all night, more curtain panels would be great. The cooling system never really cooled the apartment and we ultimately just opened the windows for cool air. The Wi-Fi is very spotty and kept dropping for me. The signal was unreliable. It was difficult to have a single entry key card as we had to coordinate our movements. A secondary key card would be great.

A few things, I'll start with the fact that they wouldn't accommodate checking in before 1500. Despite saying in a message that we could check in around 1400. They made us wait in the lobby until around 1520, we had to make multiple phone calls and chase ups before eventually they phone the lobby reception to give us the key. We then get into the room, the curtains don't close all the way and the air con is very noisy. The alternate is having the window open, but it's a very noisy road outside. We unpacked and had been travelling since 2am. The shower head was broken, meaning it would come loose and spray everywhere. We had to use the lower part of the shower, making it very uncomfortable. The spa facilities are not as good as the photos. It quite run down and the steam room has an awful odour. We were then greeted by the company who rent these rooms out via booking. I had already had a card pre authorised and the only information was that they would take payment upon arrival. I only had money on the card I booked the room with. This card was my Amex and I've used this card across the world and is accepted globally. The lady stated straight away that they won't accept my card and that no where in Hungary accepts Amex. I explained to her that this is the only card I travelled with, which I could use abroad without charge. i explained I had already used my Amex and that no where on booking did it state they did not accept Amex. I also explained that my deposit for the room was on my Amex. I asked that if I didn't turn up, how would they charge me. She continued with the lie that in Hungary it is not accepted as a card, then confirmed they wouldn't be able to take money from me. I asked her for other options and she just continued to make me feel uncomfortable whilst waving the card machine in front of me. if it wasn't for the fact I had travelled for 15 hours and unpacked, I would of refused to pay and refused to stay! Do not stay here
