"The apartment was very easy to reach from the airport by public transport, with a bus service running 24 hours a day. The self check-in process was also very simple and convenient. I was initially worried because I arrived around midnight, but everything went smoothly. The hosts responded very quickly and were extremely helpful and cooperative. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after a late arrival. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness standards were far below expectations — there was visible dirt, spider webs in several areas, and the shower was in a very poor and unhygienic condition. The walls were also dirty, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. In addition, the staff were unhelpful and came across as impolite and dismissive when I raised my concerns. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of heating. I spent the entire stay in cold conditions, and despite informing the staff, the problem was never resolved. This is not the level of service or accommodation I would expect, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this property."

"Stayed for 3 nights which included breakfast. Lovely clean room, staff are pleasant, location is great. Only thing I could fault is storage space (limited space for clothes/coats and shoes in wardrobe). Also there is a spa onsite which is free to use, you get robe and slippers in room. Would recommend staying here for 1st timers visiting Bucharest."

"The room is very nice, the hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are very friendly. But I would never stay here again for two reasons. The first is that it is ridiculously difficult to open your hotel door. And I seriously mean, RIDICULOUSLY difficult. You have to scan your card and then push it really hard. Each time it took me several minutes to work out how to do it. I had to ask a member of staff, who thought it was hilarious but seemed very used to it. The second reason is that the breakfast is terrible. It’s €8 basically for some toast and ham. If you’re like me and you love a good buffet breakfast, do not stay here. I will definitely not stay here again."

"The room and TV are outdated and clearly need renovation. There were also very few amenities provided in the room. The bathroom needs significant improvement as well. The shower glass should be replaced, and the bathtub needs to be repaired. Water gets everywhere while taking a shower, making the bathroom floor extremely wet and slippery. Overall, the hotel needs significant renovation and maintenance to provide a more comfortable and safe experience for guests."
