CM111Aparthotel

There is no breakfast, well, there is nothing at all, no staff or anything. There is nothing nearby to have a drink. It is like being in an uninhabited building in an area without inhabitants. The CM111 hotel had sent me via WhatsApp the code to open the door of the hotel? when we arrived and the code to open the door of the room. We did not see anyone at any time. I asked, via WhatsApp, the only means of communication with the hotel staff, to use the parking lot for one night and via that means they sent me the codes and again via that means they asked me to leave the parking money in the room when I left... They have not made our bed in four nights, nor cleaned the bathroom, nor changed towels, nor collected the trash can (overflowing and there was no room for anything else). I complained, via WhatsApp -of course- about this when we left and they had the nerve to answer that it was because I had not expressly asked them to make up the room every day, leaving a sign, a sign that I still do not know where it was. They gave the excuse that other travellers had felt their privacy had been invaded if they came in during the day to clean their room. Incredible... I have been in several hundred hotels in my life and they have always cleaned my room and if you don't want anyone to come in, for your "privacy", it is as simple as putting a "do not disturb" sign on the door, so the accommodation argument is not valid. The room was certainly not something to "show off" and that is even though it was "deluxe". It had a balcony, as the description said, but it was a balcony that looked out onto a kind of inner courtyard. It would have been better if it hadn't had one, of course. I must also say that at night we were very hot, since in four nights we were not able to lower the temperature or turn off the system. It must be that we "studied little" and since there was no one in the hotel, with non-existent reception, well, that was a bit of a disaster. We had a bed and a shower only, but despite the accommodation, we enjoyed Bucharest.
