Be sure to be careful regarding ‘DEPOSIT’ when making payment.
At the time of check-in at the hotel for the itinerary from March 24th to March 26th, 2024, I was asked to deposit 90 euros by credit card, but as of March 31st, 2024, I still have not received a refund.
At the time of check-in, the front desk said that refunds would be completed within 24 hours after check-out.
