Hotel is in a good location and convenient to get to everywhere. Unfortunately, the service at the hotel is terrible. We asked for slipper because that’s only one pair in the room it took three phone calls and over 40 minutes to arrive. Not helpful with local information overall, the impression of the hotel staff is not very good. If I do visit again definitely will try another hotel.

The room is the largest I have stayed in Europe for a few days. It is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It is about a ten-minute walk from the central station. The bus station is next to it and the Royal Gallery is nearby. Recommended!

The only drawback is that the wooden floor is a bit old and it feels a bit sticky when wearing slippers. The location of the hotel is very convenient for going to the Art Museum. Well-known attractions such as museums, palaces, parks, and grand squares can be reached within a few to ten minutes' walk. From the central station, you can walk a few hundred meters to the hotel. The location is good and the breakfast is good. Overall I feel pretty good. I booked a room on the 6th floor, which is considered cheap. It is actually an old loft converted. Through this dormer window, you can see the spire of the nearby Catholic church. You can hear the church bells starting at 8 o'clock in the morning, which is an unexpected surprise.
