Nous avions réservé une chambre pour un séjour à Bruxelles, et bien que nous ayons réalisé plus tard que l'erreur de date venait de notre côté (réservation faite pour 2025 au lieu de 2024), la gestion de la situation par l'hôtel a été tout simplement inacceptable. À notre arrivée, aucune trace de notre réservation prépayée n’a été trouvée, et nous avons été relogés dans un autre établissement. La chambre de remplacement était dans un état catastrophique : minuscule, dégageant une odeur insupportable, et surtout, tout était vraiment sale et détruit. Les équipements étaient cassés, les murs abîmés, et la propreté était inexistante. Même avec une erreur de réservation de notre part, la situation aurait pu être gérée de manière bien plus professionnelle. Nous déconseillons fortement cet établissement.

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec un lit double. Quelle surprise de voir que c'était 2 lits séparés . Les chambres sont séparées par une simple porte aucune intimité : on entend les autres clients montés les escaliers et les conversations des voisins . De plus , le déjeuner laissait à désirer : peu de choix , qualité très médiocre. Le seul point positif c'est qu'il est bien situer pour visiter l'atomnium et les concerts.

Habitación sucia, cha querosa con azulejos sans poner y agujero en el lateral del water. Undesirable oil in ********* in front of the house, in poor conditions. Une nuit réservée pour aller à un concert au stade Roi Baudoin…. Localisation de l’hôtel parfaite (10 min de marche jusqu’au stade et presque pareil pour rejoindre le métro) Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires (et même un petit café offert le jour du départ!) La chambre mériterait quelques travaux Surtout dans la salle de bain, néanmoins tout était propre!

Dit hotel heeft een ideale ligging als je aan de heizel,atomium,mini Europa,... moet zijn.Vlak aan het hotel liggen ook 2 grote parken. (park van Laken en het Jean Sobieskipark) Beide ideaal om mooie wandelingen te maken. De kamer was verzorgd en netjes met zelfs een balkon. 1 klein minpunt was dat de TV niet werkte maar heb die niet echt gemist. Ontbijt was simpel maar goed.Dit is wel bij te betalen (10€/dag)

Slecht. Ik heb gereserveerd met betalen bij aankomst. Reservatie werd goedgekeurd via mail. De dag wanneer ik de hotelkamer nodig had hebben ze opeens mijn boeking geannulleerd zonder reden, ik had gebeld naar de hotel en de bali mederwerker was super grof en onrespectvol aan het roepen in de telefoon tegen mij. Ik wou de manager spreken en ik mocht niet van haar. Ik zal zeker klacht indienen. Ze werken niet correct. Ik ben echt razend

Badkamer en beddegoed waren niet schoon te noemen. ( Schimmel en haren van anderen op de muur) Ontbijt mager Heel veel lawaai van tram en schoonmaken van de rails midden in de nacht. Enige voordeel: dichtbij bij Expo. Personeel was aardig

Absolutely awful hotel. Dirty carpets and walls throughout. Our room was disgusting, dirty floor and walls, holes in the bathroom door. The lights didn’t work, and we didn’t sleep as the noise from the trams and cars outside is insane. Avoid at all costs. Charged us £144 for one night, it most definitely was not worth it.
