it was a nice hotel. However, the corridor area and elevator had so much visible trash. Also, it was not possible to lock the door from inside.
Besides that, it was all good. The receptionists were super friendly!

Hotel was really well located on Avenue Louise. Room was clean and spacious, with a balcony. Breakfast was good and the value was amazing! Will stay again next time when in Brussels.

This hotel is horrible! It's not a hotel at all, it's like a B&B. The elevator is very small, the lights are voice-activated, and when you get out of the elevator, the corridor is dark, which is scary. After entering the room, I found that the door cannot be locked from the inside. There is a fire escape outside the window of the neighboring street that can be climbed up. Brussels has bad security, this is very disturbing. The soundproofing is very poor. At 2 o'clock in the morning, the people in the next room came in and out and opened and closed the door, which was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. Very bad experience, it makes people feel very unsafe.

We initially got a spacious room, but it was noisy with the elevator engine. We asked to change it, so we got another very small room, and the problem was the smell of sewage in the bathroom!!! We hope that more attention will be paid to maintenance. The receptionist was very helpful and we thank him.
