The room was very good! The bedroom and bathroom were reasonably divided, clean and tidy. It was next to the EU headquarters, in the city center, and very convenient to the airport by bus No. 12. The waiters were warm and thoughtful. I will choose this hotel again in the future.

I went to Brussels with my friends to travel and live. The location is very good, and there is no problem with security. The front desk service attitude of the hotel is very good and friendly to English speakers. The entertainment facilities at the front desk are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the decoration is relatively new. One of the most cost-effective of all European hotels I have stayed in so far.

The unfriendly receptionists while the male receptionists much better. The card was demagnetized immediately and after half an hour from check in another customer entered our room, something never seen in years that we have been traveling !!! The bar perpetually closed and the windows did not even open completely but only to tilt.
