It is a small but well-equipped hotel. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the subway station. Unfortunately, there are no shops or convenience stores nearby, so it is not convenient for purchasing supplies. There are some snacks and snacks sold on the first floor of the hotel. Frozen pizza, there is a water dispenser on the first floor of the hotel, and it is a sparkling water machine, which is a plus.

It's not too far from the station, and it's quiet at night in a business district.
The room is not large, but it is clean, has a microwave oven and tableware, and seems to be okay for long-term stays.

It only saves because it is in a decent relative position with respect to the center and the various stations and the fact that you can prepare lunches in your room. For the rest I would say that you can find better:
- The room in a deplorable condition: peeling walls, stains on the walls, pillows and mattresses completely shapeless (thank your back), a decidedly filthy carpet.
- I don't know if it's Belgians, but the staff doesn't greet, doesn't seem to be interested in customers in the slightest.
We didn't have breakfast included, but it looked tasty (although of course it's packaged food)

The staffs are friendly for non-native French speakers. There is also clean in-room kitchenware available. However, you’ll need to pull the door heavily to make sure the automatic lock works.
