Our stay at Hotel Paradiso was amazing! The staff was very helpful, especially Magda, who was always cheerful and ensured we were assisted with all of our needs. The food was excellent, both the hotel breakfast and the restaurant beneath it. Despite being located in Brunate, it is very accessible, either by the Funicolare, for which the hotel offers a transfer, or by taxi. Special mention to Gianpaolo, who is very kind, trustworthy, and fair; he was the driver who assisted us during our stay! The highlight of Hotel Paradiso is the view, both from the rooms and the restaurant—you won’t find anything like it in Como! It's a shame we didn’t have more time to enjoy the pool, which has an even more outstanding view of the lake than the photos you see online. We definitely recommend it!

we have an amazing service from a very kind & caring staff i started with a a lasagna with pesto wich was insanely sweet even my buddy stole some, then i followed with a tagliatelle with mashrooms mmm! (you must taste to understand😋). my buddy took e sliced beef & mashroom of course i thief some taste was so goo we spent less than many other restaurants, we thanks for everything will be back soon!

This is a very original hotel, offering rooms with old furniture an a great view on the lake Como, creating a very special atmosphere. Note that the furniture beeing old, the beds a shorter than usual (I would say arround 1.9m). The staff is nice, but speaking italian is a real advatage, espacially for the breakfast. Note that the acess by car is pretty challeging if you are not used to drive on narrow streets. If you don't feel comfortable with it, I would strongly advice considering to take the cable car. If not, don't forget to book a parking spot in advance, they are scarce!
