I have never been more pleasantly surprised than visiting this hotel. I was looking for an affordable hotel with a good location, so my expectations was mediocre. First impression couldn't be better with an amazing lobby, friendly service, and quality design throughout. The room was equally stylish, super clean, and with great space. Icing on the cake, I had forgot my shaving kit, but after visiting the reception they gave me a free shaving kit. I will definitely choose this hotel next time Im going back to Milano. It was honestly my best hotel experience!

If you do to Lake Como stay in LECCO. I loved this town. It is on the right arm of the Y on lake como. The town isn't touristy and that is what I loved. The only downside was the heat. It was the hottest week in July with temps well over 95 everyday. We had a JR Suite and it was clean and served it purpose. The breakfast was amazing. Those eggs! The only thing was the a/c wasn't that good but I do understand the temps were not normal so I am not holding that against them. Go to this city it is authentic, not touristy and absolutely beautiful!

The hotel’s price/performance ratio is relatively high, which is not a choice for travelers who enjoy the hotel. The room smells of an old house, not a bad smell. Passengers who are not sensitive to taste can ignore it. The location of the hotel itself is okay, there is no close commercial area, but the city is very small and it is easy to reach the commercial area. In addition, when you take a taxi or drive to find a hotel, drive slowly, it is not particularly obvious that you can find it.

Wonderful place to stay in! The hotel is comfortable and nice, staff is very, very friendly and the rooms are clean. The rooms have lovely balconies. Soundproofing was bad though - I could hear everything happening in the corridor. Also there was a (locked) door leading from my room to the one next to me and when my ”neighbour” was taking a shower or watching TV, I could hear everything so well that I woke up one morning my shower was on. The location is bit weird, but worth the train ride and walk.

Situated close to airport with a free 5min shuttle that arrives every ten-fifteen minutes which is the best feature. Hotel room and condition was very clean, bathroom was immaculate. Hotel lets itself down service wise in the restaurant. We told the waiter we were ready to order dessert twice and waited over 25mins and he did not return. The other dissapointment was air conditioning. Couldn't figure out how to get it working properly in the room and it was far from intuitive. Therefore was unable to sleep at all and had a very uncomfortable night followed by a 6am departure.

The location, room and welocmming receptionist was perfect. The stuff in the room, such as coffee machine, hair dryer, shower etc all was great. It's only 20 steps to subway station :) 5mins walking to most important places to see. We loved it. Highly recomended.

I don’t understand the 4.3 rating of the hotel. Tenuta is truly SPLENDID! The beautiful building of the hotel is located in a green hill with magnificent views. We stayed in a super clean and spacious room with private balcony, sofa and equipped with a coffee maker so that you can enjoy the views with a nice espresso! Also the spa area was very relaxing with a large indoor swimming pool, 2 saunas and 2 hammams if i remember correctly. Finally we enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner, especially the dinner was well prepared, excellent flavors , tasty wine and very elegant decor! I will surely return! Ps: i could use a soap bar in the room’s bathroom

The hotel has fantastic views over the lake but outside of building very tatty. Staff are very nice and helpful. The room we had was basic only 5 hangers for 2 people no wardrobe just some stainless steel poles with hangers on which slide off as no stopper on end of pole every time you get something from back the front items fall off which was very annoying. Only 2 small draws that you could only get a couple of pairs of pants & socks in which is ridiculous if you’re staying longer than a couple of nights. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice lots of choices. Fantastic view from breakfast room. Be warned if you have booked with Newmarket Holidays you have a 1 hour 30 minute coach ride to meet other holiday makers that are staying in Tremezzo before even get to we’re your going visit travel time added on so you will be on coach a long as we were. There is No swimming pool that Newmarket say there is just a hot tub. Newmarkets tour manager Monica was the worse tour manager we have ever had nothing was ever her fault, every time we had to meet her she was at least 45 minutes late and did not seem to know anything about the trips she was taking us on.

Quite a nice spot if you have to catch an early flight at Malpensa. Although there’s no shuttles provided by the hotel, the airport terminal bus is very convenient. The station “casa nueva” is between terminal 1 and 2, very convenient to reach and it takes only 3 minutes to walk from the bus station to the hotel. We didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant, but the buffet breakfast is simple and nice. There are some restaurants nearby within 5-min walking distance, great deal and tasty! The bed is super large and the shower is very comfortable. The only problem is probably the Wi-Fi, a bit slow and difficult to catch the signal in rooms.

we have an amazing service from a very kind & caring staff i started with a a lasagna with pesto wich was insanely sweet even my buddy stole some, then i followed with a tagliatelle with mashrooms mmm! We didn't spend a lot of time in our room but it was quirky and fun to stay in. For some reason all pillows we ever used in Italy hotels, including this one, were very flat, so double up if that bothers you. We had a room looking at the church across the street, and when we went up to our rooms it felt almost like we were sneaking into the hotel because of the way that the front was set up for dining, and the staircase was only available to hotel guests. The dinner we had at the restaurant was very good, we enjoyed the prosecco, and the view of the sunset was spectacular. In the morning we woke up to the smell of baking bread and the croissants we had with the included breakfast were possibly the best I had in 2 weeks in Italy. Everyone was friendly, and the person who checked us in insisted on carrying our super heavy backpack style bags up to our room for us. It was probably good that we had learned a little Italian because not every staff person there spoke English well, but there were no issues. The hotel is a very short walk from the funicular but when we arrived on a holiday the line to use the funicular up to Brunate was so long that we had our driver take us up there in his van instead. This is not a road for the faint of heart or any large cars, and it was a story we told several times!
