Nrma Broulee Holiday Park
8.6 (42 reviews)

Nrma Broulee Holiday Park ★★★

📍 6 Lyttle St, Broulee

"We had a standard cabin. The double bed was so soft that it's basically a hammock. The bunks are the complete opposite and are like sleeping on concrete. Our cabin did not have a chopping board, oven, stovetop, colander, grater, etc. The pool is freezing. We had the pleasure of music and cigarette smoke from the caravan nearby. Cramped together sites. Noisy kids running around (we have kids too but it seems some never go to sleep?). We left a night early. The cleaning staff were lovely and seem to do a good job and were very polite. But otherwise it was a truly horrible stay and we won't be back."

The Oaks Ranch
9.5 (42 reviews)

The Oaks Ranch ★★★★

📍 340 Old Mossy Point Rd, Mossy Point

"This is a truly wonderful Spanish colonial-style resort. The on-site restaurant's cuisine and service are on par with Sydney's top dining establishments. The interiors were freshly renovated in 2022, giving it a very new feel. The overall service is excellent, there are plenty of kangaroos roaming the grounds, and it boasts a 9-hole golf course. It's a rare gem offering exceptional value for money in the Batemans Bay area."

Ingenia Holidays Tomakin
8.8 (7 reviews)

Ingenia Holidays Tomakin ★★★

📍 55 Sunpatch Parade, Tomakin

"Great safe caravan park with level sites that don’t break the bank ( off season anyway) Stated 5 nights on a water view site and enjoyed the serenity. Showers clean great water pressure and free with no time limit. Walk to the club next door for a beer or meal. It’s also a pet friendly park in shoulder and low season so your pet gets a holiday too!"

Barlings Beach Holiday Park

Barlings Beach Holiday Park ★★★

📍 1939 George Bass Dr, Tomakin

"Nice bungalow very close to beautiful beach, very convenient parking car just nearby."

The Bower at Broulee
10 (17 reviews)

The Bower at Broulee ★★★★

📍 2352 George Bass Drive, Broulee

"We have been to the Bower about 4 times now and every time it is excellent (winter/summer/spring). The quality of the establishment is first class which results in a memorable experience. All Villas have very good privacy and amenities so if you just want to spend your time in the Villa then you can. The location, howver, does allow you to go exploring by foot, bike or car and so I don't think anyone that books this accomodation would be disappointed."

The Oaks Ranch ★★★★
"Location, design, landscape and furnishings are incredible! BUT the whole group was disappointed with the uptight service and rules. Slow on drink orders Starting bottle of sparkling was $67 for an average Prosecco Bill was strictly a 4 way even split for a table of 7. Food was nothing incredible Waitress took away unfinished food and drink When we asked the staff about a near full drink disappearing they said they didn’t see anything come in. In a customer focused establishment they would’ve been apologetic and offered a replacement. I also saw the bar staff eye roll behind a customers back. On the surface the ranch is glossy and incredibly photogenic. However, it lacks the 4-5 star hospitality and comes of as a greedy business model which does not at all suit the environment it sits in."

Ingenia Holidays Tomakin ★★★
"Great old style caravan park, friendly reception, clean facilities, large pool. Very quiet park. Aprox 10minutes walk to Tomakin Beach/cove. Lovely swimming, flat water at the cove, small surf at the beach. One can get a tidal logoon front site or simply book site 104, 103 or 102 and have the view of the lagoon from the front of your site. However, there are mosquitos in the evening. Telstra reception is good for phones, and one can hotspot into the internet no problem. The sports club is virtually next door for a good meal. Also, the rates here were nearly half the price of the NMRA caravan park at Broullee Bay, and many sites closer to Batemans Bay. The Ingenia was far superior to the NMRA site."

The Bower at Broulee ★★★★
"This is a fantastic place to stay. It's billed as a romantic couples retreat, but it's equally good as a solo stay for anyone who wants some peace and quiet and nature to recharge. The bowers are very private so you won't feel surrounded by couples, but rather like you are alone. Loved all the birds and the possums. It was super cozy in winter with the fireplace, heaters and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The bowers are even nicer than the photos. I hope to stay again!"
