When I checked in, I was told I could not bring a microwave into my room, then I was kicked out. This was at 1am after working a long day at a local festival. I have celiac and cannot eat at most restaurants, so I always travel with my own microwave in case the place I end up at doesn't have one. When I inquired about a room with a microwave, I was told there was none available. Furthermore, they refused to help me when my finger was cut on broken glass during the incident, which happened because the plate inside the microwave fell onto the ground and shattered during all this, and they forced me to pick it up. I travel the country and have stayed at over 100 motels and Airbnbs in the past 4 years. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any lodging establishment. My money for the night has not been refunded yet despite being told at the front desk I would get one and I have a receipt to prove it. I ended up paying twice as much at another nearby motel.
