One night stay for a hospital appointment. Our room was SUPER clean, we felt safe and secure, and the parking price wasn't too bad. Unfortunately, we went to the front desk to ask for recommendations of restaurants to eat at, and the response we got was to "look on Uber Eats or something, other than that I don't know" It was unfortunate to have that as a response not knowing the area at all. Breakfast was mediocre, if you need something to tie you over. Overall, I would recommend this property for its cleanliness, safety, and convenience to Boston. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Nearby playgrounds. Wide variety of eateries nearby.

We had a one bedroom king suite for 3 nights. Our room was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine, scrambled eggs, veggie omelet, sausage, oatmeal, waffle, yogurt etc. I would have liked a bran muffin or the like as I have seen at other hotels. Some people must stay a long time because there was a table near the desk with boxes from Amazon that were addressed to those staying there. We were given a list of restaurants with style of cuisine, address/phone and appropriate walk or drive time. Very helpful! We wished that there was a grocery or convenience store nearby. We did not rent a car so any place that was not walkable we would've had to Uber there. DH had hoped to use the pool but it was too tiny to get any exercise in there. We didn't get to do any Boston sight seeing, but noticed that the Green Line for a train was within walking distance.

Great stay! The hotel is new and very clean. The living room of the 2-bedroom suite was a bit smaller than most a Homewood suites but cleanliness was much more important to us. Included breakfast was fine. The long angled table in the breakfast area had built in chargers and handbag hooks, which were very thoughtful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Note that parking is self-parking now, not valet, and if I recall correctly is $35 per day. The area is very convenient. It’s across the street from a Midas, which initially gave us the wrong impression. Drugstores and restaurants nearby. If you plan to go running, the nearby reservoir is popular and safe.

I stayed two nights and enjoyed my stay. I stayed on the 5th floor and my room was very quiet. The room was very spacious with a kitchen and full size refrigerator. The staff is very polite and the breakfast is decent. It’s an easy walk to the green line and nearby restaurants
