I stayed here for four days while attending a training in Richmond. The hotel is in an okay location, lots of chains you can easily walk to but the roads can be a bit treacherous during the busiest parts of the day. The breakfast was just okay that was included in the price, I ended up going elsewhere most of the time. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The pool could use an update and the fitness center was tiny and in need of air circulation. It got very hot in there and the light sensor does not always function correctly. The front desk staff was pretty friendly. My biggest complaint is probably the sound proofing. If you have a room with adjoining doors you can hear almost everything from the opposite room, especially if they are watching the TV loudly. Also the hallway noise is very apparent and the noise from the street below was quite loud at times - and I was on the 5th floor. Try to get a room facing the parking lot. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay I would stay here again.

We're a family of 5, so hotels rooms tend to be limited. We booked this as its only a little more then a Days Inn, but I was concerned about some poor reviews. However we were pleasantly surprised. A Modern hotel, huge room with comfy beds, good communal area, great breakfast.

Cleanest and friendliest Holiday Inn we’ve ever stayed at. Great staff. Always welcoming you. Included breakfast was limited but ok! Hotel centrally located with walking distance to everything, including Capitol and Jefferson Hotel. Loved it.

We stayed her in July of 2023 for a night before checking in at a downtown hotel. Checkin was kind of a pain because there was a new guy working, but got through it in about 15 minutes. Room was clean with two nice beds and a nice bathroom. Hotel breakfast wasn’t the greatest, but edible. They had a pretty cool game room area with a pool table, shuffleboard, Jenga blocks, and a pinball machine. I put a dollar in the pinball machine and it took my money. Nice, clean hotel for a quick stay.

My husband and I stayed at this property in early December 2022. The bed appeared neat and clean with fresh sheets and so I thought we would be okay for 1 night .... but nope! The next day I noticed bites on my arms and body and started itching like crazy. Upon returning home and visiting my dermatologist...she took one look at my arms and said, "Oh that's a bed bug bite!" Property management was not helpful AT ALL during this process. Long story short.....RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!!

I don’t know how this hotel has 4 stars. This is the second most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There are carpet stains all over the room and dirty bathroom corners. To cap it off, the toilet didn’t flush in the morning so it was out of use. The only plus was the breakfast and friendly 1-2 person reception. This place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt (or not).
