One of the worst Hilton stays I've ever had. All 2-queen rooms are on the side of the hotel facing the freeway and there's almost no sound reduction in the rooms. Might as well have had the window open it was so noisy. Had to switch to a single king to get to the other side for our remaining 3 nights. Freeway noise was less but that just made the noise from adjacent rooms that much more noticeable. I don't expect a hotel to be noise free but this was the worst I've experienced in a long time. To top it all off, the beds feel like the mattresses haven't been replaced in 15 years.

Wife & I stayed here for one night as we were attending a comedy show nearby. Great location - a lot of entertainment, shopping, & restaurants nearby. I'm a Hilton Honors member, and when I booked the reservation I did so under one card. I wanted to ensure I paid the final with a different card, yet I changed it on the Hilton website prior thinking this would be done. When I arrived I checked the app & it was still showing my previous card on file, but their system was down & we had to wait to get keys made & was told I couldn't change over until it came back up. I said I would do so in the morning. Frustration mostly lies on Hilton themselves for this, but the nice lady Rose didn't know how to handle the situation she was in and clearly the staff should be trained for this. The hotel was clearly an older hotel with a fresh coat of paint on it & refurbished. You'll notice when you step into the rooms...there was a giant crack on the bulkhead & it just felt reused. Nothing about it was unpleasant, outside of the walls are paper thin. Walking to my room at one point I could hear someone's phone conversation as if they were standing in the hallway with me. Be mindful of this for privacy. In the morning, I again tried changing cards, but the lady told me she couldn't do it until I actually wanted to check out. Annoying, but not the biggest deal. My biggest gripe was the actual checkout, where one employee was training another and I was trying to change the card to be charged again. The guy reconfirmed my new card again several times & for whatever reason I received two emailed folios (neither of which identifying which card was used) and the final charge was posted to the wrong card. Wasn't the biggest deal for me, but if you're a traveler with low funds you could really be in a bad spot. Rate was cheap enough, but you may want to avoid this place if possible. Wish I would have the opportunity to provide survey feedback to Hilton, but that hasn't been offered anywhere.

stayed here for a night on business. I used the Hilton Honors app to get my digital key, but was offered a couple of bottles of water by the front desk when I asked where the elevators were. That was a nice touch! The room and bathroom were very clean. The kitchenette was handy and stocked with dishes and utensils. The fitness center was also nice. I was the only one in there during the evening. Towels and filtered water were available. I did not use the pool, but it looked well kept. I will stay here again and definitely recommend at the price point.

This was an odd hotel. There clearly are people living here and I wish I had known that before booking. I've never had that experience before. I think if a hotel is used as a primary residence for some, that should be disclosed. A door in my hallway was personalized (won't post the picture I took as to protect the person's privacy.) The strong food odor from the room across the hall permeated my room 24/7, the entire second floor and I could even smell it in the lobby. I would not stay here again.

I reserved a king suite for my 2 or 3 day stay. I checked in digitally so I can go straight to my room upon arrival. I never received a digital key so I had to check in at the front desk. When I checked in at the front desk, we went to the room I reserved and it was dirty. House keeping never touched the room. This was around 8pm. They had to change my room and put me in a double bed room, which is not the room I booked. When I got to that room, I didn’t notice much of anything wrong with the room. I ate and went to bed. The next morning when I was getting around, I noticed dried blood on the bathroom door, and there was long hair in the shower. When I took a shower, the body wash and shampoo were the same exact liquid, The iron was dirty and also ruined one of my shirts with all the black melted residue. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. There was also a dog in a nearby room that wouldn’t stop barking early that morning. I packed my stuff and checked out. Upon checkout, since they had to change my room, there was a $30 additional charge. When I saw that, the front desk immediately corrected it, but that should have never happened either. I told the front desk associate about this experience. He was empathetic and offered to have someone to call me. He also offered to comp my room. I told him that I didn’t want my room comped because I did stay there and us the services I purchased, but I did take him up on some points when he offered. I told him someone can call me if they want to hear my experience first hand. To date, nobody has called, which tells me they don’t care either. This is by far the worst and only time I ever gave a poor rating along with feedback. I have been a good customer of Hilton being a Diamond member, however, this is not valued by this particular leadership team at this location. I ended up staying at the Holiday Inn Express down the road and it was by far a much better experience.

This extended stay hotel was a delight to be at, with a wonderful breakfast that never disappointed for the entire 2 weeks we stayed with them. Nice quiet setting, close to the interstate but not too close.😁

Great location. Super clean hotel. Rooms were very large to accommodate family. Breakfast had a lot of options! Highly recommend staying here if you travel to Milwaukee. Rooms had a large fridge to store groceries. Fitness room was all you need also.

We were traveling with our dog and were thankful we could bring her with a reasonable refundable deposit. The room we were in had a lot of stains on the carpet and on the sofa. The bed was very comfortable, but the thin comforter on the bed seemed like it was a mattress pad where the sides were cut down. And even with using the extra blanket provided, the bed linens were not warm enough. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was completely empty. Breakfast options looked good, even though we didn’t eat there.

This used to be my "GO TO" hotel when I travel to Wisconsin frequently. But lately, I have noticed a major change in the way the hotel operates. The rooms are not as clean as they used to be. I encountered much dirt and grime in the kitchen, with half of tne supplirs they used to privide. The induction cooker I got worked sometimes and covered in grease when I got it. The icing on the cake is that I had a package delivered, and they misplaced it for 6 days. I filed numerous claims blaming UPS and the seller. When they found it, they made me pay to ship it to my house. That was a big mistake. I spend thousands at that hotel a year! Time to move on and find another go-to hotel.
