Forenom Aparthotel Stockholm Alvik

This property was very disappointing to say the least. Firstly we were given the wrong key to our room twice which meant we had to come down from the top floor with the worst and slowest lifts I have ever travelled in. The rooms are very small and bed was very uncomfortable to the point that I had to sleep on the sofa which we found more comfortable to sleep in. The hot water in the shower was only Luke warm and shower recess very small.

Highly recommend this place. Clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast. It was my fourth time, each and every time its a wonderful experience. “Home away from home”.

Great room! Quite spacious and kitchen very well equiped. Access to the laundry room (free!) and to a gym. Breakfast included is great (lots of options, fruits, eggs and luncheon meat, different kinds of bread, veggies, yogourt...) Great location, three minutes walk to metro. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Forenom offers aparthotels, so also here you will find a solution with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen corner where to cook; it is very close to the metro station of Alvik, on the green line of the metro, and this helps reaching every area of the city in a very comfortable way!! the rooms/aparthotels are clean and silent; the breakfast is rich and with a good variety of vegetables and salami; at the last floor there is also a little gym, with a great sight of the city;

This was a great place. It was an apartment, but it had many amenities that you'd get with a hotel. It was almost next to the public transportation of Metro, tram or bus. It was away from the pricey downtown areas, but extremely easily accessible. It was our kind of place and I would love to stay there again.

Near all kind of transportation (metro, bus), the ICA supermarket is nearby. Clean, good apartment-hotel, but if the aparthotel could provide some paper towels will be perfect.

Terrible staff, zero customer service and Isabella from Customer Care is incredibly condescending and had a bad attitude unprovoked. Would not recommend and would not stay again which is unfortunate as it is quite close to the airport and easy to get there.

Don’t stay here! This place is a dump. The bathroom was dirty and partly broken. One of the tv:s was broken and the whole place was dirty. The gym was a joke, it had three machines but the treadmill was broken. Kitchen was tiny and the dishes were dirty when we moved in.
