The hotel has a good location.
Close to public transport with the advantage of being 20 minutes from the city center.
The room is as shown in the photo and is functional.

Comfortable stay
It was amazing. Very clean. Location is perfect. The customer service was great and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend and definitely visit again

Rummet var extremt kallt när jag kom och det blåste från ventilationen och den gick inte att stänga av. Första natten sov jag med dubbla täcken för att kunna sova. Jag skulle tro att det var ca 15 grader i rummet.
Jag kontaktade Forenom och under dagen fixade de till det värsta. Jag fick sova med dubbla täcken även andra natten även om det var något varmare.

Okay but small
VERY small room. Annoying entry system.- had to haul our luggage along way from parking lot and up a flight of stairs to front entrance. Weren’t give door code until 4 pm on day of arrival. Close to subway station

Kundservicen är fenomenal, och personalen, från den skrattande natt killen som mot alla ods fick igång kaffemaskinen kl.05.00 så vi fick i oss energi.
Telefonkundtjänsten som gjorde att vi kunde checka in mycket tidigare, då vårt jobb blev avbrutet pga kylan och kl. var bara 9 på morgonen.
Till den mycket gladlynte rumrenhållnings" konsulten" som hjälpte till att få oss otekniska,att öppna dörren.

Es war furchtbar! Das Zimmer war brutal dreckig, überall Haare, Kot im Klo! An der Rezeption nie jemand erreichbar! Das neue Zimmer hatte ein undichtes Fenster und der Eingang zwischen Dusche und Waschbecken war so eng, dass man kaum durchkam. Die Anfrage eines vorzeitigen Check-Out über die Hotline führte nie zu Erfolg. Es war immer ein anderer Mitarbeiter am Telefon, der nichts von dem Fall wusste. Nicht selten rief man die Hotline von Schweden an, kam aber in Finnland raus, die von nichts wussten und nicht zuständig waren. Am Ende wurde nie zurückgerufen und ein vorzeitiger Check Out war nicht möglich. Selbst die Anfrage durch ********** blieb unbeantwortet. Der Service von Forenom ist unterirdisch und die Unterkunft total heruntergekommen. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!

Even though my stay at this property was very short, I was very impressed. The property is located in a pleasant neighborhood and offers a clean and well-organized environment. Each guest has their own entry key, which adds convenience and security. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. When I faced an unexpected personal emergency, a receptionist helped me research various options and assisted with translation to and from Swedish. This level of support was immensely appreciated and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I highly recommend this property for its excellent location, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service.
