Don’t use this camp site in the Winter… It was freezing and for the money extremely poor… it was a gift from a friend. I wrote a review on their site post and received a very unprofessional response almost child like. A field with a few wooden huts - sheds. A £3.99 bottle of Prosecco. Thin duvet . Breakfast for the summer not winter. Told by the owner to ring ring ring saying that’s the sound of a mobile 🤣 if we needed another duvet and sorry we couldn’t pop to the cellar to get a bottle of Bollinger 🤣. As a customer whose visit had been fully paid for (way too much) I pointed out issues we weren’t happy with. These people are clearly amateurs charging experience money. I have saved the response I received for future evidence if needed…

I am waiting for the owners defensive and rude response as he does with everyone else on here and can’t take advice from the people Who pay for a service so don’t book if you don’t want abuse from a rude man…. Worst experience ever, loud music until 3am, smelly spa facilities and no bubbly as advertised, the premises are a tip and full of rubbish and rotten caravans and I called the owner to discuss the music and no bubbly and have never been spoke to so rude, didn’t offer any kind of way to resolve the issues and said the bubbly was Wowchers fault and I should have read the small print and if I had booked through them directly we would have got a better deal. Do not stay here I can offer my garden shed for better.

Myself and my husband have just got home from the most beautiful couple of days here for our wedding anniversary! We have had the best time. Absolutely beautiful setting, romantic, secluded and quiet. The hot tub was amazing. Loved sitting outside in the evenings around the firepit, with a hot chocolate and toasting marshmallows. Feels like you're in your own little world here, but it's just a short drive to Diss which is a lovely little town and we had a nice lunch out there. This trip was the perfect way for us to reconnect together and relax in nature. We didn't want to leave! We will 100% be back as soon as we can, thank you so much!

Feel ripped off. They should not charge so much for a shed with a small double bed. The showers were cold even with allowing it to warm up it did not. The place looked like it was not finished and sad. We have stayed in similar places for cheaper. The spa was basic . NOT luxury.

After reading many terrible reviews I had to write my own review..and I NEVER write reviews for anything! Just got home from an overnight stay in the Zebra Hut.Oh my goodness, we LOVED 😍 it. Our only regret was we only booked for 1 night!! We had an amazing stay, Huts were immaculately clean, bedding, fresh towels on arrival, private bathroom facilities for each individual hut, again, spotlessly clean! We used the Scandinavian hot tub which was lovely and clean and so warm and relaxing. We also fired up the sauna. Everything was superb 👌. Complementary canteen with tea and coffee on tap, and this morning when we went for tea, there was pancakes, waffles, complete with toaster to warm them up..porridge, golden syrup. Really lovely touch and very much appreciated. The whole area was very private and secluded which was really nice to just sit and relax by the firepit. Can't fault anything. We loved it and will 100% definitely be returning for another stay.

Loved everything about the hobbit hut. Easy booking and clear instructions about arrival and our stay. Really cute and quiet setting, there is building work at the front but it’s not seen or heard from the huts. We enjoyed the use of the spa, it was clean and tidy and the tub was the perfect temperature. The hobbit hut was bigger than I expected! I didn’t see a speck of dirt everything felt and looked clean. The toilet/shower block was also immaculate, I like that we didn’t have to share a bathroom and it’s a close distance to the huts. We took our own camping chairs and drinks/snacks as you would if you were to go camping and had a nice evening by the fire. One sack of firewood latest us a couple of hours and there was still a few logs left. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you xx

We stayed in the zebra hobbit hut. It was very clean. The bed was quite comfortable even though a little low. There was 2 bottles of water provided on arrival. The hot tub was really enjoyable and nice and warm. The breakfast was very basic it but it done for us. It was lovely having a fire pit lit when we came out of the hot tub. We were able to sit in our dressing gown (That we payed extra for) round the fire. The only criticism I have is it could do with a good tidy up. IE cutting back some trees so you could see a bit more grass and rabbits playing. And get rid of the stingnettles near by on the other side of the fence. I think that would look a bit more tidy. Other than that it was a lovely weekend. Would come again

We thought we would try something different despite some of the reviews. What a lovely peaceful retreat,we especially enjoyed the spa and firepit in the evening which ordered before arrival. There is a pub close by apparently but we picked up some bits onway. Don't expect clam becoz its not ,after all its outside life as the title clearly say Hobbit Huts. We wish we had picked up throw way bbq for round the fire tho it was just so peaceful listening to the logs cracking lol. Spa was lovely and warm with tea and coffee supplied in nearby blocks. I think this would make an ideal place if bigger family hired it all for party lol Just enjoy the peace and remember no electric or water in your Hobbit after all Hobbits never had any 😂😂

If you have a booked this thinking some of the reviews read ok. I just want you to know the reality this place is absolutely a waste of your time and dirty! Firstly we arrived no one to greet you, no one answers their emergency phone. The electricity had gone out and that meant the hot tub was just a green algae mess with a sheet over, unless you wanted to get sick no one’s going in that. No electricity around the place and the electricity is wired with one extension lead to the other through the other cabins (not really cabins just run down out blocks) that’s what keeps the shower running and all the electricity bare wires running across buildings. Just to note our shower was cold as it didn’t run. Pitch black as our electricity was off around site. Everyone that was their all same time left early. We went to get into the bed only to discover we started immediately itching to find BED BUGS have a video too. Absolutely disgusting place and completely a waste of money!!! Do not go here under any circumstances if you have a voucher redeem for something else!!!
