Quality Inn Broken Arrow - Tulsa ★★

📍 2301 W Concord St, Broken Arrow

"Desk clerk was eating her dinner, I presume since it was about 8:30 when we check in. The room was average, and I guess for the money adequate. However the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, like there had been a previous leak from the room above and was not taken care of. The room was ok, but I would never stay there again. The staff needs hospitality training."

"The room is big, a one-bedroom suite with a small kitchen, so you can cook some simple meals. The environment is also very good and quiet. As for breakfast, for us Sichuan people who are particular about food, it is just edible. There is a Sichuan restaurant opened by Chongqing people nearby, which is ok."

"Excellent hotel! The only blemish was that the ice machine on the fourth did not work. We had to go down to the third floor to get ice. I would highly recommend this hotel to your Trip.com travelers."

"While entering and leaving the elevators, my husband was slammed 3 different times with the closing door. He held his hand in front of the door, which should have stopped it, but it didn't stop until it hit his arm. He is a big man and wasn't injured bad, but I would worry about children and elder adults being knocked down by such a situation!"

"************ and ***** being ran out of room 200 right next to the bar. Guy knocks on room 200s door and a female opens it and drops a baggie of something white then they both rush into the room as I was coming up the stairs. Informed the lady at the front desk and her response was "and so"? Please don't even get me started on the smell of the room and the amount of bugs. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!"
