We had treatments in the Spa, then lunch in the Conservatory. I have to say it is the best treatment I have ever had and I am 76 so have had a few!! Lunch was also excellent but it was the staff who made our visit outstanding, from arrival we were warmly welcomed by everyone from beauticians to waiters receptionists, even a KP, so friendy and polite, we will be back! Thank you.

My wife and I got married here in mid-October, truly a beautiful venue in the middle of Autumn. The staff were all excellent, very accomadating of all our guests. Annette the wedding co-ordinator was a star when it came to planning out all the details of the day, she made us feel so welcome and made the whole process much easier!

We enjoyed a relaxing two night stay. What makes this hotel stand out from the rest is the incredible staff and fabulous food. We ate both nights in the Armada Restaurant and could not fault the service or food. Rooms were comfortable and we had a view of the forest.

Rhinefield House Hotel is a magical place, the food is outstanding cooked by their talented chef's to perfection and served by the very attentive and knowledgeable staff, in the lounge, conservatory and also the Armada. Nothing is too much trouble for them they will go out of their way to fulfill their guests requests. The welcome you receive from staff and management is next to none, you are made to feel at home from the moment you step inside the door, we love it there that is why to read the negative reviews is hard to bear because we know there is no way they will produce bad or inadequate food or ignore their guests. Please don't listen to the negative, try it for yourself, make your own mind up, you will be enthralled as we have been.

My new husband and I had our wedding at Rhinefield House in October. We spent two years working with the amazing Annette Saunders who was nothing but helpful from start to finish. She is kind, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On the day the team were incredible! They made sure that everything went to plan and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. The room we stayed in was immaculate and our guests had nothing but great things to say about their rooms too! This is a perfect venue for a wedding - highly recommend!
