The town boasts charming British-style hotels with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and comprehensive facilities. Clean and comfortable, it's highly recommended to stay here when visiting the Cotswolds, often called "England's most beautiful countryside," as it offers convenient access to the surrounding area.
Waking up in the early morning, the town is still asleep. Rooftops, trees, and grass are covered in frost, creating a misty, crisp atmosphere… A local's greeting of "Morning" as you pass by truly makes you feel like a local.

In the town of Broadway, I saw peace and tranquility, and those quaint buildings. The hotel is located among a group of distinctive buildings. Although it is an old building, it is very well decorated, and the modern and ancient elements complement each other. The room is small and cozy, and the bathroom is clean and tidy. The hotel has several options for breakfast, which is pure British style and quite satisfactory, with large portions and delicious taste. However, I do not recommend choosing Scottish smoked fish as it is too salty. The bar is quite lively at night, and you can taste the local GIN wine. Turn right when you exit the parking lot and walk to the end. There is a cafe there which is quite popular. You can have a cup of coffee and a piece of cake and chat with the locals.

We booked on a sublime Sunday deal which was awesome in every way. Our room had stunning decor with a high standard of cleanliness, the food we ate for our 3 course meal was cooked & delivered to a very high standard. From the moment we arrived to departure the staff were extremely professional where nothing was too much trouble.

Our go to hotel when visiting the Cotswolds- great rooms, fabulous huge bed, great shower and amenities and a wonderful well cooked breakfast. Loved sitting out at the front in the afternoons people watching and enjoying a nice Pinot blush The morning staff in the Brasserie are just lovely - so kind, so attentive, a real credit to the hotel. However, sadly we found that the Reception staff let the hotel down this visit. We were totally ignored by one or two members of staff every morning, no Good Morning or Hello just blank faces and one person is particularly unhelpful both on the phone and face to face. However, we know from past experience this is not how the rest of the hotel operates and we loved the rest of the staff from housekeeping to bar to Brasserie! Looking forward to our return trip in November. Many thanks.

Fantastic location just a few metres from the centre of Broadway. The cottage was clean and very well kitted out. The parking area was secure with an entry barrier. We were able to walk our dog to nearby fields without having to walk through the village. Very quiet. Perfect for us. We hope to return.

We chose to have lunch at the Broadway Hotel , the staff were polite and took our order 2 x steak frites £28 each, we sat and chatted we noticed other tables being served who came in noticeably later than us by this time staff were going to the kitchen avoiding all eye contact some doing a detour to avoid us, now we were suspicious after 30+ minutes I stopped a male waiter working the fresco eating area. He came back and advised it would be a couple of minutes, he went out of his way to deliver our food with a embarrassing look.I have NEVER EVER seen such a sad and small piece of steak in my life, if chef had cut it on the angle he might have managed to cut them in two .not the multiple slices normally associated with this meal, Obviously staff were embarrassed and rather not serve. Bearing in mind this establishment holds a couple of steak nights a week, good luck with that one! I didn't complain as it's the Cotswolds and everyone is a victim of being ripped off £90 for steak meal the size of a fat sausage . My advice avoid at all cost go to James Martin's grill.

If this is the service they provide I think they need to review their policies. My sister and I walked in on Sunday for lunch. The tables were filthy, we asked for a drink to be told we had to go in the bar, only good orders were being taken. We decided to go inside instead, asked if they did light lunches we were answered with a direct “No!” Not the standard we expected.
