Difficult check-in, reception is open till certain time if you arrive latter they supposed to send you information for self check-in. Never did and I had to call them to get the information. This is an older, low-rise property with no lift or fancy extras. Room was big and clean; if you use the soap or toilet paper you have to buy more from reception.

The location of the hotel is very good ❤️It’s convenient to go anywhere, lazily chasing a show in the room, ordering a takeaway is also very fast; going out to the largest Pacific mall in the southern hemisphere and just a few steps away (across the road); the other side leads directly to the beach and the park and scenery Excellent; there are many restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. It is very comfortable to live in... I will stay next time.

I stay here at least twice a year even though I live in Ashmore on the Gold Coast. Why? The view and location. I love the ocean view from the 2 or 3 bedroom units so I always book and stay there so I can thoroughly enjoy that amazing view. I also love the fact that I can walk across to the beach and go for a morning or afternoon beach walk (barefoot as it is literally straight across the road and onto the sand). I can also easily walk 6 mins into the restaurant and bar area of Broadbeach. The staff- Marion, Chris, Donna and team are always so friendly and fabulous too. I always stay here for Groundwater Country Music festival with a group of friends too. Fabulous fabulous spot :). I have added some photos but keep in mind I am not a professional photographer -these are just taken on my phone so probably dont do the view justice.

Close to the heart of Broadbeach which is such a thriving hub these days, its also right on the beach which makes it a 2 minute walk to have a swim in the ocean. There are so many restaurants at you doorstep. I recommend the coffee at the Kurrawa surf club in the early morning! Great value!
