Ultiqa Signature at Broadbeach

terrible got sent back and forth from them and luxury escapes which both lied to me and left me out of pocket $1400 so please look elsewhere to stay. Stay away from this place. To many 3rd parties involved the don’t own the apartments think twice!!!!

excellent wheelchair accessible apartment with amazing views, very new and bathroom excellent accessibility if you have a physical disability, disabled parking well set up, across from lifts and a lovely pool and spa with a hoist. Only suggestion would be the couches weren't overally comfortable and a bit low, plus one minor thing, maybe not so scrooge mcduck on some supplies, I mean it's a two draw dishwasher and you get given one tablet for the week, maybe start off with two and then it wouldn't feel stingy to pay for extra ones at $1 each but no biggie... overall a wonderful stay with the best ever view from any accessible apartment/ hotel I've stayed in last decade. Excellent job on the accessible apartment, auto opening adjustment on front door to make it more accessible would make it close to perfect, oh and change out couch.

I stayed in the accessible apartment, the accessibility was great apart from a few things one of them was I couldn't get my manual wheelchair which isn't big, which meant I couldn't access either side of the bed, or the wardrobe. Luckily I was traveling with family who were able to help me out, not everybody who travels in a wheelchair has someone to help them out, also the blinds weren't accessible to someone in a wheelchair to open and close, also the two single beds in the second bedroom were oddly small. Overall, it was great, and the location is excellent. Close to many restaurants and cafes would definitely go back.

very well located hotel, great views in the 2 bedroom oceanview apartment, modern and clean with all items needed for a great stay. close by to restaurants, cafes, bars and a short walk to pacific fair. staff very helpful and we asked for a early checkin and was given this option which was appreciated.

The signature is a newly completed building and this shows in that everything looks new. Reception was friendly and efficient and our room on the 8th floor was located at the back of the building but the floor to cieling windows allowed for a great view regardless. When reception was asked for extra detergent, soaps etc they were happy to provided them. Spacious room with all the facilities you need for a longer stay. TV has foxtell and internet connection so finding something to watch was fairly easy. We had rain for our whole stay, so the TV was handy. The room could use some coat hooks in the entry as well as in the bathroom, but thats our only critism. Plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. A full laudry is also provided. A nice touch was the pool towels already in the cupboard, even though we did not get the oportunity due to the rain to use them. We did have a problem with the air conditioning on the first day, but after I reported it to reception the next day they had a technician there to conduct repairs and all was good after that. Located just two blocks from the Broadbeach CBD it is a short walk for groceries and plenty of other shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the beach. Also and easy walk to the tram stops as well as the 777 bus to the airport. Would definitley stay here again.

A new property like this should be far, far better than what it is and what is has become - all in the space of only one year. Continued problems with internet/phone reception, TV, inappropriate behaviour by other guests and a blatant failure to keep promises, have sorely let down this aesthetically very pleasing property. It is shame, really. I have stayed here 3 times in the past year, but have been disenchanted recently by a particularly disappointing Management there - for a variety of reasons. We have just cancelled our upcoming bookings, instead choosing to stay elsewhere in Broadbeach - which we love. Reading some of the other recent reviews (noting similar persisting issues), I just hope Management take all points on board, and genuinely or honestly endeavour to improve on these obvious shortcomings.

Stayed with this brand for years. 2 days before our stay we had a family tragedy so asked if they could just simply give a credit or move the date of the stay. Nope. We will 100% bag your money and tough luck to you. So they have taken the short term view to take the money now, but to sacrifice much more in the future. Plenty more options on the GC thanks Ultiqa I will never deal with you again.

This was our second stay at this property and on both occasions our stay has been fantastic. It’s a new property with great facilities and rooms are well furnished, very clean, with fantastic kitchens and bathroom. We had a room located on high floors with wonderful views. There is a sensational pool and also a spa, sauna and gym. Property is well located, a short walk to the beach and pacific fair shopping centre. We have already booked our next stay and can’t wait to return.
