I really enjoyed while staying in the hotel. Great location from city centre and direct bus(no.67) in front of hotel. Shop and shopping centre and thej0 swimming pool was couple of mins away from.the ho All the staff were extremely well trained. Receptionist, The breakfast was amazing 👏 😋 so many choices I was full every morning. Cereals, muffins, pancakes, juice, ham, cheese, teas, coffee, bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, steamed vegetables, dairy drinks, yogurts, fruits, even sauces and condiments were very detailed. Dinner time there was a live piano music. Food was nice as well. We had a drink in the restaurant at night, they serve drink before 11pm. Highly recommended to stay in Cosmopolitan Boby Centrum.

The hotel architecture itself is fantastic with great service. View from my room was overlooking the square. Only thing I didn’t like is it’s too near to the bell tower.

Perfect location to explore the city centre. Personal was friendly. Rooms were modern with good air conditioning and the largest and most comfortable bed I ever found in a hotel. Breakfast was enough. Not overwhelming but more than OK for the start of the day. Caution at 3 nights with more than 400 euros is quite high. Note when you arrive by car. Publicly parking on the ground was not possible and the hotel's parking prices are relatively high, even in the surrounding area A and B the prices for parking are not very cheap. On Saturday and Sunday, parking in Zone B is free, but it has solved the problem satisfactorily for us. The hotel is very beautiful and it is very comfortable with its stars.

The room was clean, spacious, the front desk service was very good, and a sister said a standard American spoken English. The score was not the best, but the price was very high. The breakfast was also quite rich and the materials were very good. Really what to say is not good, that is, the floor heating temperature is too high. Since it was simply an opportunity to sleep, there is no great significance in evaluating the service or other facilities. However, the reason I gave it 1 point is that I arrived late at night, and as I was tired, I quickly took a shower and was about to sleep, when I realized that no towels were provided. It is true that I found out later that the hotel recommends the save earth in relation to towel washing. Therefore, it informs you that towels that have not been used before will be reused. Even so, the house keeper should have checked whether towels existed, but it is a minimum. I gave it a low score because is not even checked.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is above average. Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok. Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea. Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest.

Hotel location is very good. Very easy to go around next to the square. The room felt like a renovation of an old palace, and the bathroom items were only shower gel and shampoo. There was a refrigerator, but it was filled with various items in the form of a minibar, and there was an espresso machine, but it was paid. Breakfast was delicious. Wi-Fi is a lot slow and not caught according to location inside the room. The safe with the key is the first spring.
