Beacon House B&B Brixham

Harve and Nathalie were the best hosts you can wish for. From the moment we walked into Beacon House we felt a warm welcome. The accommodation itself is light and airy with stunning views from both the breakfast room and the top floor bedroom (Bay view). The room was beautifully designed. And again the view was breathtaking. Wonderful en-suite with plenty of room and a spacious shower. Plenty of storage and a small fridge. Tea and coffee facilities. The bed was very comfortable. We sat and enjoyed a bottle of wine on the balcony. You can tell by the breakfast that they both have great catering experience. I started with the ‘Detox’ smoothie followed by eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was to die for and eggs cooked to perfection. My husband had the full English with a French twist which was also very impressive. Their recommendations for eating out were spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a 5 star break. The satnav took us right to where we needed to be and there is ample private parking which is a bonus. We will definitely be returning to Beacon house.

Lovely quaint French B&B in the heart of Brixham. Lovely clean room with stunning views over Brixham harbour. Excellent French breakfast with a good selection of foods to choose from. Hosts/owners were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable on the local area. Really lovely stay. Thank you.

Beautiful harbour view, the rooms were both clean and comfortable, and the parking facility was a big plus. Our stay was made enjoyable by Hervé and Natalie, who were kind and welcoming, they gave us a lot of information and tips. Whenever we had breakfast, it was always a delight, filling, and delicious. Definitely a must for a second visit.

The house is stunning and the views are second to none. Herves and Natalie are wonderful hosts, telling and selling Brixham to you with the places to go, Breakfast was stunning. The food is perfectly cooked and presented. It sets you up for the day. Would recommend to anyone and will go back

We've stayed here before covid,we are back now. The breakfast menu is wide and varied,tasty too.the owners are experienced in hospitality and it shows.recommend anyone to stay here,3 rooms only,but all overlook the harbour and have balconies. Paul and Sue.

Our second visit to this excellent b and b. It is in a fantastic position overlooking Brixham and the views are amazing. A short walk down steps and road takes you to the town, the walk back up includes steps but most places in Brixham do and the walk is staggered so not straight up! The breakfasts cooked by Herve are fantastic, the best Eggs Benedict I have ever read had anywhere! The breakfast menu has lots of choices all cooked fresh and everything on there was really, really good. Herve and Nathalie are very welcoming hosts and recommended places to visit and where to eat. We enjoyed our chats with them. The B and B is lovely, clean, parking space, welcoming and comfortable. We stayed in the top room Bay View with a great balcony to enjoy a coffee or drink on over looking the bay. We will no doubt be returning to stay as we really enjoyed our visit yet again!
