"One of the Life Hotels. Located halfway up the canyon, it overlooks the city at the foot of the mountain (not isolated, suitable for self-driving). The view is very wide, the hotel facilities are complete, the room area is very large in the same level, especially the swimming pool has excellent water quality. The children who traveled with us were charged half the room rate, which is probably the practice of hotels in the German-speaking area. The front desk responded gently and politely, impeccable."

"Extremely satisfied! The rooms were spacious, and the hotel itself was large and beautiful! The breakfast was especially good, with freshly squeezed ginger, carrot, and apple juice!! The location was also very convenient; we loved the small town it was in, and renting a motorbike was very easy."

"Beautiful hotel. Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Spacious rooms with all the mod cons, including a coffee machine and a large selection of drinks in the mini bar. Extremely comfy beds and great quality linen. Parking is easy and secure. Extremely professional and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and the lady serving breakfast was absolutely fabulous, so polite, friendly and welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

"The property wasn't easy to find, as they put us in the annex. The room was small but clean, the bed was very comfortable, the TV was poorly positioned, and the Wi-Fi was good. The bathroom was very small and awkward to use, as was the bathtub instead of a more user-friendly shower. The parking in front of the property was excellent. The breakfast was truly excellent: complete, varied, plentiful, and of excellent quality!"

"One of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed during my Italian travels. It exceeded all my expectations…beautiful room, fantastic bed, gorgeous antique filled common areas, a gated garden across the street for guests, outstanding personnel. Parking is conveniently located in the back of the building.In addition, dinner at the hotel restaurant was exceptional. Will surely return."

"We stayed with our two children (aged 4 and 5) in a Family Suite Superior for five nights in February (all-inclusive-style board, around €1,215 per night) and left with a good overall impression. This is a brand-new hotel with attractive architecture and a genuinely cozy feel, set in a quiet, secluded spot — you can tell straight away it was built with families in mind. The standout is the pool area. It's excellent and works for every age group, from babies to adults, with good slides and the option to swim from the indoor pool out to the open air. It isn't a full water park, but for a hotel it's simply great — this is where our family spent most of its time. The room was also very well suited to families: comfortable, with a spacious balcony and a lovely view. Another big plus is the transfer to the Plose slopes — we tried tobogganing there, and the sled run was fantastic, easily one of the highlights of the whole trip. I won't gloss over the downsides, though. The restaurant clearly still needs work: on several occasions we waited about 15 minutes at dinner before anyone noticed us, the breakfast menu never changes, and the dinner offering is rather boring for a hotel at this level. There's also not much for children who want to stay with their parents — if a child doesn't want to join the activities on their own, by around the third day they get bored, and the evening animation is fairly weak. Booking was a struggle too: rooms kept appearing and disappearing in the system. Even so, for a new resort of this standard — with a superb pool, a peaceful setting and winter activities right there — the price is competitive by South Tyrol standards. I'd recommend it to families who value a calm, high-quality environment, a great pool and skiing or sledding nearby — just don't expect gourmet food or strong kids' animation."

"Everything was fine, the service was very friendly, the breakfasts fully met our expectations, the ski boot dryers were excellent, the room was spacious, and in the evenings, you could use the hall with sofas. The only thing to consider is the very slow elevator, and even if you wanted to go to -1, it always stopped at level 0, requiring you to go back to level -1. A very pleasant stay, and a very good location – the bus to Plose stops right next to the hotel, and the city center is only a few minutes' walk away."

"Incredible hotel set in the Valley, with one of the best Spa’s we have visited, and half board breakfast and dinners which made the trip so memorable. The hotel is a traditional style, family run setting. They have traditional features in the downstairs bar, and they light log fires outside in the evening. That being said, the rooms and spa are all modern, and the restaurant holds a touch of fine dining feel to it (so much so that I wish I had packed a few nicer shirts 😅) We for skiing, which was such an easy journey up to Plose ski resort. I believe there is one ski in ski out hotel on the slopes, but we much preferred the end we were situated. You Are a 2 minute walk to the bus stop which arrives every 30 mins for a 10-15 minute journey. We walked back each day after a days skiing as it was all down hill and nice to see the area. A huge thank you to all the staff who were so friendly each day, and always willing to give advice on where to visit in the area. The main highlight was also the food. Every night included a special menu which was printed and set out from breakfast. You could amend courses if required, but it was so nice to have a 5-6 course tasting menu style evening each day. Even the little touch’s such as the homemade butter were delicious (the truffle butter was the best). We will certainly be recommending this place!"
