The hotel is in a great location, it receives many tourists, it is newly renovated, and has many rooms. It is very close to the shopping center and the University of Bristol, just a short walk away. The only problem is that the shower area is a little small.

We enjoyed our stay here, except that the air con was broken so they provided 2 fans. There were a lot of good options for breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent.
