The hotel is very old and very dirty, the carpet is full of stains and the sheets are yellow, as if they have not been changed. Very poor hygiene!

Have stayed at the Novotel before, good location, comfortable bed. Parking convenient but costly in Bristol.
We did have to wait for sometime to check in which baffled us alittle. Our room was on a high floor as requested but alittle too close to the lift than we would have liked.
Overall a good stay.

Convenient location, with paid parking (£14.5 for more than 10 hours)
However, the style of the buffet breakfast remains unchanged. Hot food tastes salty. Fruits and juices are better. There is chocolate or coffee machine.

Came by bus because the train were cancelled on Friday so I got in early easy to find this hotel really nice front desk pepole let me check in early after a stress full travel clean room nice temperature very clean free wi fi had a drink at a very nice bar good seating area in the bar didn't try the restaurant but it loo inviting over all good stay
