The downside is that the bedsheet and pillowcase change was very slow and we waited until 11 pm even though we made request before 4 pm. The free buffet is also very average."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right on Queen Street. You can easily walk to South Bank just by crossing the bridge, and public transportation nearby is very convenient. My room type booking was incorrect due to an issue with Ctrip, but it was resolved very quickly, and the hotel staff were very proactive. The breakfast was good, and staying in a triple room with two people was very comfortable, as it had two bathrooms. Room cleaning was also done promptly. Overall, I highly recommend it. The front desk supervisor is Chinese and speaks Mandarin, which made communication very smooth."
