A very good, very simple and practical business hotel, it feels better than Skytower! The staff are very enthusiastic and are cleaned every day. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive, including refrigerators, microwaves and tableware, and toiletries, towels and bathrobes are provided and can be changed daily. The room type I stayed in at the beginning was very noisy near the construction area. I am very grateful to the beauty Ariell at the front desk for communicating with her manager. They helped me adjust the room to another quiet room type. It was much more comfortable and quiet! I saw that Qantas flight attendants also stayed at this hotel, so it must be well recognized by the locals. The only flaw was the hotel's partner restaurant, where the owner always looked at us with a poker face and made us feel unwelcome! It felt like the boss didn't want the fee to be linked to the room and wanted to pay directly. He had an unfriendly attitude and repeatedly confirmed the room information with us, as if we would owe him money, which was very uncomfortable! Other than that, it's pretty good!

The hotel is very close to the Botanic Gardens, and it is very convenient to walk to the pedestrian street, the Botanic Gardens, and even the South Bank Park. The hotel has a parking lot, which is a bit expensive at 40🔪 a day. You have to check in first to get the card to open the garage door. There is no full kitchen, only a microwave. The toiletries are pretty good.

Lovely hotel right in the center of Brisbane CBD. I told the hotel that it’s a stay for my partner’s birthday and they gave us a sparkling wine too.

The location is excellent. There are convenience stores nearby, shopping malls and supermarkets just two streets away. The front desk staff are also very helpful and courteous. Check out at 12 o'clock smoothly.

Returning guest, my third time here at least. Centrally located, can’t beat it by much.
Clean and new, the gym and pool is great. I wish the pool is heated a bit more.
