The service was very poor, and no complimentary water bottle was provided at check-in. Additionally, there were no water filters on any floor. I was directed to the gym center to use the water purifier to fill my bottles.

The worst accommodation experience. I paid Ctrip, but this hotel in the US charged me again and refused to admit it. I tried for a refund for almost a week but still couldn't get it. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service has been working hard to resolve the issue.

1. The room was not cleaned. I reported the situation to the front desk, and the front desk just said sorry hypocritically, but did not investigate the reason. The hotel is in a convenient location. It's clean and the front desk staff is friendly. The quality of the hotel restaurant is very good, with a buffet for breakfast and light snack options in the evening! There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is very convenient!
