Good location but the staff is not the friendliest and the rooms are small ( noisy on the street side) We arrived on Saturday and were told laundry service wasn't available until Monday nor could our tv be fixed it never was)! The bath amenities are modest and the tiny soaps and packets fall out of the basket in the shower! Breakfast was good including fresh squeezed juice.

We used Palazzo Virgilio as a stopover after our ferry from Corfu and before our 6am train to Milan. Check-in was efficient and friendly, the receptionist and manager both spoke perfect English. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. There’s a fridge/minibar in the room, we emptied the contents to put our own drinks in. Despite it being very hot outside the air conditioning helped us sleep soundly. On checkout the morning man was a bit grumpy but that might be because he wasn’t expecting guests to checkout at that time whilst he was setting up the breakfast room. However, he did do a cappuccino for my son as the manager the night before told us to ask. It is literally across the road from the railway station so if you are using the rail network we’d definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Brindisi.

The location is very good i.e. just in front of the railway station where the airport bus departs/arrives and it takes approx. ten minutes to the harbour by foot. On the way to the harbour you can find many bars and restaurants, which is very convenient. However, what I felt in the hotel is that it lacks general hostpitality to the guests. Greetings are seldom to hear even in the breakfast room. Rooms are clean and in good conditions but bedside lamps are missing and the air conditioner was difficult to control. This was my first stay in Brindisi, so I cannot compare the hotel with others.

Établissement très bien situé, proche d’une gare et disposant d’un parking privé. Étant arrivée dans la nuit après 5h30 de ferry, la seconde belle surprise après le parking était l’accessibilité dans l’hôtel par une entrée automatisée avec une rampe, facilitant ainsi l’acheminement des bagages et qui convient aussi aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Un palace très propre dans lequel l’accueil était toppissime. La chambre était spacieuse avec toutes les commodités nécessaires telles que : les produits d’hygiène, un mini-bar/frigo, de quoi faire un café ou bien un thé, la climatisation fonctionnait très bien et le lit était bien confortable. Le petit déjeuner : très bien, j’en étais très satisfaite avec possibilité de déguster quelques petits trésors locaux. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Camere accoglienti anche se un po' datate, così come la moquette dei corridoi. Biancheria perfetta, asciugamani e accappatoi. Colazione varia, abbondante e di qualità. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Posizione strategica e parcheggio interno. Esperienza estremamente positiva, andrebbe solo un po' rinnovato.

Gutes Hotel, direkt beim Bahnhof im Zentrum von Brindisi. Bequemes Bett. Gute Internetverbindung. Frühstück ausreichend, allerdings war der Frühstücksraum personell unterbesetzt als eine grosse Reisegeuppe kam, so dass es lange dauerte bis nachgefüllt wurde. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war mittelmässig gut. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden.

Um bom hotel com excelente localização. Muito próximo da estação de trens, perto do centro histórico. Possui estacionamento interno. Ótimo café da manhã com bastante variedade. Staff simpático, Não é um hotel luxuoso, mas é bem confortável.

bonnes literie, personnel entretien des chambres au top pour la notre Un serveur qui parle un peu français dont je ne sais pas son prénom super. Petit déjeuner en buffet très complet. à savoir que l'hôtel est située au près de la gare donc du bruit jusqu'à 23h.
