What a fantastic hotel! Close to the seafront, short walk to the pier and town. Staff were lovely, very attentive and helpful. Rooms were amazingly spacious and comfortable for the price. We spent 2 nights here and it was real value for money. Breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel for a while and it was buffet, so plenty of it. We had dinner in the restaurant on the second night, and this too was delicious!! The only thing for me was the duvet was heavy. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

部屋は新しい感じがして、清潔でした。シャワースペースのガラスが少し空いているので、床が濡れやすいのは注意が必要かもしれません。朝食は種類豊富で美味しく、フルーツから温かいミールまで色々楽しめました。ホテルの正面入り口は階段しかないため、ベビーカーで入るのに毎回苦労しました。後から、ホテルの横から、直接フロントに入れることを知ったので、そのことを表示してもらえると便利な気がします。

Great hotel, located just off the seafront. Car park opposite which we prebooked with a discount code provided by the hotel. Comfortable, spacious room with large bathroom. Stayed for two nights to explore Brighton and it was the perfect base.

A Room with No Fridge
Pros:
New hotel, relatively strong shower compared to most hotels, comfortable bed
Cons:
NO fridge in the room! I got a birthday cake. It was a terrible surprise when I got to my room!

Work to do…
New hotel in good condition but a few things detract the amount of stars.
The breakfast is chaos and the food was really awful (and constantly empty). For the price the quality and volume really lacked.
Our aircon also sounded like a washer on spin and we had to turn it off as it was so loud at night.
We also had no shower gel in the shower.
Just small things which can be sorted and will make this a good hotel.
It wasn’t cheap though so from a value POV not great and wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel has literally just opened so of course everything is new and shiny. But it is designed well and stylish.
Checking in was very easy and my room was spacious. The window properly opens so there is fresh air which I prefer to air con.
The shower is very good and hot water comes quickly. The bathroom is well lit.
There’s bottled water and a coffee maker. Room service is 24hr. The bed is very comfortable with quality bedding.
Breakfast is a buffet with some things available to order like porridge with a range of toppings. A small niggle is a lack of labelling at breakfast. There were two types of smoothie but nothing to say what they were made of. Juices weren’t labelled. These are small things that can easily be put right. I hope they are because the buffet was very good quality (apart from cheap jams in plastic pods, not very green!). I secured a promotional rate so was very happy on the quality for the price. I hope this hotel continues to maintain this standard and doesn’t inflate prices so it becomes unaffordable.

We arrived in our hotel to check in. The lady in the reception told us our room is ready. Give us our keycard and we headed to the room.assign. when we reach there the room is not ready. The toilet was not clean. Theres towels on the sink which probably used by yhe previous customer. Beds not ready. So basically the room was not been cleaned.
I went to reception to complained and the lady apologize as they might have a glitch on the system. They have offered us for a room transfer but we just decline as we are ready for our stroll in brighton. We just ask them to clean the room which they did.
Overall the hotel is new and clean on the lobby. Friendly reception.
