- NIce secluded spot with a sea view. - The service was exemplary. - We found the bedrrom spacious with 4 poster bed and good wardrobe space - However, the Bathroom was old-fashioned and needs a chair. - Food was expensive and the starters left a lot to be desired

Refurbished room with a sea view was comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. A selection of fruit on arrival was a nice touch. As one Vegetarian and one vegan we enjoyed dinner there on a number of nights. The Hotel was within walking distance of beach.

Had a wonderful few days relaxing at the hotel and visiting the local area. The hotel is in a lovely spot and close to a small beach and access to the coastal footpath. The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The small homemade cakes on arrival were a nice touch. We enjoyed the 3 course meals in the restaurant as well as breakfast with plenty of choice on offer. The staff are welcoming and very attentive.

We had a really enjoyable time here. The hotel is in a beautiful part of the country, a few minutes walk to the sea, and with a lovely view. The staff were very kind and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the food delicious. Everything was just right. Thank you very much!

Lovely relaxing break in beautiful surroundings just 5 mins from the beach and clifftop walks. We had a very comfortable room and the food was good quality, the chicken curry was particularly tasty. What sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. The receptionist and restaurant and bar staff were super helpful, patient and kind. It was my aunts birthday and they all sang happy birthday and she had a little gift. They were very attentive to our needs. Recommend a stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. We were well looked after by attentive and friendly staff, had a comfortable room with a sea view and ate very well. Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order and there is lots of choice. We ate our evening meals in the hotel twice - the Table d’Hote menu gave us a good choice of 3 courses one evening and we had the more informal bar menu another night - all very well cooked and tasty. The hotel is very well positioned for exploring Lyme Bay and further afield but also a very peaceful place to relax on the terrace or in the public spaces. We recommend the hotel and may be back!

We had a lovely short stay at the hotel,food was excellent,room comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful.Beautiful location with easy parking at the hotel.Close to the beach and the coast path with some spectacular views.We have stayed at this lovely hotel several times and always look forward to a relaxing stay.

We booked the restaurant for dinner with friends. The food was amazing and the service was exemplary. Hubby had the seafood platter which had it all and he loved it. I had a beef lasagne which, I have to say, was the best I’ve ever had! Throughly recommended.

Excellent local hôtel Good bar meals with plenty of choice Easy parking outdoors Helpful friendly staff. Reception was able to book taxis Beautiful area with easy access to SW Coast Path. There is a beach at the end of the lane Renovated rooms are particularly good
