Baymont by Wyndham Bridgeport/Frankenmuth

Danny was great helping me with check in and all of the other staff I encountered was AWESOME and very friendly. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. They have lots to offer for breakfast which was very refreshing to see.

We had reservations at a nearby hotel upon arrival it was terrible so we lucked out and booked here last minute. What a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly, informative and very helpful. Pool and Jacuzzi clean and after 9pm adults only❤️ Breakfast was very nice clean and fulfilling. Thankyou a definite stay here again.

The staff was perfect. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. But I booked this hotel specifically so my daughter could swim on her birthday and the pool was closed. It would’ve been nice to know that at the time I booked the hotel. That was very disappointing.

Nothing bad happened, but this place was just dirty. Got out of the shower and was walking around the room barefoot getting ready and my feet were brown on the bottom. Random stains on the curtains, the microwave would just run if the door was closed, and sheets felt like tissue paper. Breakfast was alright.

Had an issue with my kids being bit by some kind of bugs and one of the staff was in a hurry. Just about walked over my son. I spoke to the front desk and got everything sorted or so i thought. Went outside to smoke and another staff member was running her mouth about the whole thing. We checked in with 5 people and we were supposed to get 2 queen size beds in the room but unfortunately came with 2 full size beds. The person I spoke to at the front desk was professional but apparently the staff has no idea about professionalism. We will be finding a different hotel next time.

Mobile app not functioning for remote check in. Breakfast is very disappointing. Baymont should provide vouchers for guests to go next door at the Cracker Barrel for a real breakfast. The remote provided for the tv is the worst remote I have ever used. Staff is constantly sitting right outside of the main entrance to take their smoke breaks, disgusting!

I stayed here while visiting the Memorial Cup in Saginaw and was pleasantly surprised! The staff were very friendly and attentive. The common areas of the hotel were clean and my room was absolutely spotless. My room was very quiet, the bed comfortable, and the A/C was efficient and quiet. I never made it to the pool, but my buddies' kids said it was the "best pool ever!" I slept through breakfast most mornings, but there are plenty of places nearby for a solid breakfast. The location was very convenient to get to from the I-75, but was far enough away that I didn't hear any highway noise. The only downsides: the elevator was slow and there was very little water pressure in the shower. Overall, I was really happy with my stay. I was comfortable and felt I received very good value.

Great location to travel to Frankenmuth! Location had a cozy feeling while being so close to Highway. Close to restaurant and gasoline station. A real plus.
