My room 212 was infested bed bugs, breakfast was horrible not much to choose from it was dingy inside but the hotel outside was nice looking that was the reason we decided to stay there but we regretted it I would not recommend this place. Will not come back.

The property outside looked inviting. We walked inside and everything looked inviting as-well. We went to the rooms and the first thing I do is check the beds to make sure they had been changed the sheets and pillow cases they where NASTY hair all over them! I asked for clean linen and had to go exchanged them out myself and change the bed dressing out myself they where shorthanded! I took pictures of the hair that was in the bed to share with the person behind the desk. Toilet was Nasty had Urine on the base of the toilet, I awoke sick the next morning! The maids obviously are cutting corners and No-one is holding them accountable for there bad work or job performance. I also had to go down to exchange my own towels before getting fresh ones each time? Short staffed and having a hotel full of guest is unexceptionable. If you cannot maintain your facilities you should warn your visitors so they can make other arrangements elsewhere! While eating breakfast down stairs we where locked out of our room it took several times going up and down to the front desk to exchange key cards with the staff in charge..... I doubt we will ever be back!!!!!!! Highly unsatisfied customer.

My husband and I stayed over the 4th of July. We had stayed at this hotel before. This time we used our points and we were put on 3rd floor. When we arrived in Bridgeport it was 104. The 3rd floor was so hot and it was hot even when we checked out. We get to the Hotel check in go to room 309 it was 77 degrees in the room they had just turned on the air this was around 4:30 pm it got to 74 at 2:00 am talk about hot. The next morning we go down to breakfast. The coffee had been sitting there I guess all night, it was cold coffee. The front desk finally made coffee but just filled the pot 1/2 way. The breakfast eggs and bacon were cold and this was at about 6:30 am . The juice machine was out they had a bottle of apple juice and orange juice sitting out. The sugar station was not filled my husband had to ask for it. If you stay at this hotel ask for the 1st or 2nd floor and plan on eating breakfast anywhere but there. By the way dead roaches on the floor in the dining area. I should have taken a picture at this point I was upset and hadn’t slept and the coffee was right down disgusting. My husband and I walked to the Starbucks in front of the hotel. Never again will I plan to stay there And this will be our last time to stay at La Quinta at this location. You would think if you were the owner you would take more pride. And I did speak with the owner and he just moved his head from side to side and didn’t say much. Done with my rant Ruby Prado

Our stay at the hotel was great! The hotel/rooms was clean and nicely decorated. The best part was the service. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was tasty and housekeeping did a great job. The staff made our stay really enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay the employee working last night was very nice and welcoming the lobby was very clean, once we got to our room the bed looked very well made and the bathroom was very nice and clean also the breakfast was very good and warm in the morning our stay over all was great

The mattress was lumpy. The pillows were lumpy and flat. The room was dirty, trash on floors behind the nightstands, bathroom floor had filth built up an inch deep in the corners. Bedspread had stains on it. There was no remote control for the TV. Breakfast was awful. Greasy, cold, and ran out of everything both days we were there. The coffee was good.

My room had a bloody comforter, dirty pillows, shower knob did not work correctly, cold water, older hotel by the dirty grout. Did I mention a BLODDY COMFORTER!! Do not stay at the LaQuinta in Bridgeport Texas! No Desk Clerk present at check-in, waited 20 mins after a 6 hours drive and she was not pleasant.

Terrible, just terrible no one at front desk, called as per the note left on counter, called 5 times still no one .... a nice person went and found someone for me.... NO WASHCLOTHS... won't be back - will contact corp office to discuss
