I have hosted several work events here and it is always great. Working with the staff is pleasurable and they are very accommodating. Sri and Jessica are great. Also, Angela, Samantha and Joseph are all great to work with as well. We'll continue to use this hotel for events as long as it keeps going this way.

Exceptional facility. Lovely room; fluffy, comfortable bed and bedding. Just feels more luxurious than your typical roadside hotel, even others also rated "excellent." Staff helpful and friendly. Note: breakfast is available at hotel's restaurant at a reasonable cost, as are dinner and lounge.

We stayed at this hotel, the sign on Carothers is obscured by shrubbery when you approach from I65 where it will be a left turn. Wasted a hour trying to find it after calling property and receiving not completely concise directions. First night, trouble with toilet advised front desk, on our way put, they opened a service ticket..came back later that evening, out all day, not serviced, no maintenance staff on site, room had a half hearted servicing.. Pillows were where we left them, we had pulled up the comforter. One toilet roll still empty, coffee pods not replenished nor were any cups replenished. Next morning we left to go out for day, the sign was off the door, we came back 10 pm and no servicing had been done to the room whatsoever. Went to the front desk, and apparently it must be requested. When we checked out next morning I spoke to manager who advised me that was correct. We have stayed at a number of Holiday Inn properties over the years and Never have had this issue or heard of this policy.. Not informed on check-in, no sign in our room to advise us, and he told me , oh it's on our website. I have been going over the website for this property and no mention whatsoever. Usually staff you pass in the hall acknowledge you with a hello or good morning..nothing. So disappointing.

This used to be a nice place to stay, but has really went downhill. We have always stayed at this hotel but will not be staying again in the future. The hotel was dirty and in need of painting/ updates. Also, the continental breakfast isn’t complimentary anymore. I was surprised at how fast the place has went downhill in the last year since my family stayed. The light switch in the bathroom did not have a proper cover and a safety issue. Amenities were slim at the hotel, tissue box empty in the bathroom, broken soap dispenser and stains on the carpet. I think most of the recent reviews are fakes as they have one contribution and referring to the employee on a first name basis. Disappointing as this is a very nice area to stay while traveling, but definitely choose another hotel.

Wonderful experience! This hotel exceeded my expectations for such a reasonable rate! Excellent customer service from Arun!! So helpful to me over the 5 day stay. I will definitely stay here again - close to everything from Franklin to Nashville. Thank you, Arun!!

Arun was very helpful and provided excellent service, as I needed to add an extra night when business plans changed. He was very accommodating. Please ask for him when you stay here. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. It is a great location and close to most everything in Franklin, TN.
