We stayed at this hotel, the sign on Carothers is obscured by shrubbery when you approach from I65 where it will be a left turn. Wasted a hour trying to find it after calling property and receiving not completely concise directions. First night, trouble with toilet advised front desk, on our way put, they opened a service ticket..came back later that evening, out all day, not serviced, no maintenance staff on site, room had a half hearted servicing.. Pillows were where we left them, we had pulled up the comforter. One toilet roll still empty, coffee pods not replenished nor were any cups replenished. Next morning we left to go out for day, the sign was off the door, we came back 10 pm and no servicing had been done to the room whatsoever. Went to the front desk, and apparently it must be requested. When we checked out next morning I spoke to manager who advised me that was correct. We have stayed at a number of Holiday Inn properties over the years and Never have had this issue or heard of this policy.. Not informed on check-in, no sign in our room to advise us, and he told me , oh it's on our website. I have been going over the website for this property and no mention whatsoever. Usually staff you pass in the hall acknowledge you with a hello or good morning..nothing. So disappointing.
