Sheets were thin, worn and torn. Pillows on bed were very small 12” x 12”. The hotel was very dated, in poor condition, and generally run down. . Super 8 level hotel. Not in great location. Room was large and clean, but I still would not recommend this hotel. .

They left an ozone generator running in our room, which caused us to be seriously ill the whole night, and had us coughing up green stuff. Our lungs felt shredded. There was a distinct odor in the room when we checked in, but it was more of a chemical smell, so we just attributed it to cleaning agents. By 1 am, we were up off and on with headaches and an uncomfortable cough. It wasn't until the next morning when I saw the label on the random black box that said "not to be used in occupied spaces". Well that threw a red flag, and immediately sent me down the rabbit hole of warnings against ozone generators. We checked out, and the guy at the desk seemed very alarmed that it was left running the whole time. He gave us the email to the GM, and we left. Severe long term effects can result after 8 hours of exposure. We were in there about 14 hours. So that's unsettling. I messaged the GM as soon as we got home, to which he responded with "I'll forward this to our attorney". I had to reach out again before ever hearing from their attorney, but when he did respond, he said his client would be inclined to refund our stay of we agree to signing a non-disclosure agreement. I explained my reluctance to signing based on the potential for lasting effects, but ultimately decided I wasn't wanting a long drawn out process, so we agreed to sign whatever just so we could get our refund. After agreeing to their own terms, crickets... the attorney wouldn't respond. In fact, I sent probably 3 emails before the attorney responded this morning. He stated they would have refunded our money of we had signed, but we refused. Seriously?!?!?! I mean you don't have to be an attorney to know how email trails work. Yhey're time stamped and everything. So now he claims he can't satisfy me, and will no longer respond. That's fine. I would have signed the non-disclosure agreement before, but since I didn't, TRAVELERS BEWARE!!! Do not stay at this hotel!!!!! Especially under the misconception that it's somehow safer because it's in Brentwood.

On a business trip to Florence KY, from Dallas, TX. Stopped here for the night. Full service bar, with a pretty good selection of spirits and a select menu of food items. Overall very nice. Room was very clean, staff was very attentive.

Bad experience with this Hotel back-to-back, At our arrival, although it was around 2.30 pm We were told they have no clean room, Front desk took my phone number and said he will call When there is anything comes available, 4 hours later we were still waiting for his call, we went back to hotel at this point their shift was changed and someone else was at the front desk, however we have VIP from ******* and were to be getting Room Upgrade, we were not offer anything and was not acknowledge that we were eligible, If they didn’t have any to offer which I strongly don’t think was the case, They could say (you are eligible but we have no availability) which nothing was said. 2nd day we asked for tea as there is a coffee station in the lobby but not everyone drinks coffee. Earlier that morning we did have Tea with our Breakfast but when we asked front desk, he Said “WE DO NOT OFFER TEA AT THIS LOCATION” Knowing that we had tea that morning we went to restaurant and wanted to buy cup of tea she also said ask front desk, so I went back and this time I did ask again end thought maybe he did not hear me, So I said we had Tea this morning all I want is a simple back Tea bag! And this time he pulled nasty attitude and said ISAID WE DO NOT OFFER TEA at this location. Next day I asked for manager and when I brought up my last experience with the front desk staff From last night I was told there were Tea bags in the front drawer, later on when that staff was questioned by management, he simply decided he is going to make up story for his short come. So, he tells the management that we aske d for Flavor tea. As if his behavior and attitude already was not bad, now he lied too. I will not to stay somewhere to be disrespected and have pulled attitude by staff.

Everything was dirty. It smell cigarettes and we are supposed to be in a non smoking room… very poor quality for the price (110 US) The first room had no smoke detector… Many things are broken and we found body hair in the bed, on the toilet…

The room was large, bathroom renovated and spacious. Breakfast was good. Check in and out was easy. We had more room than we needed, and that doesn't happen in hotels within this price range. We will be back. Don't stay in Nashville. Drive 15 minutes away and get the best bang for your buck.

On a 1 night stopover on a family vacation, we booked this through a 3rd party. The location is great - within 10 or 15 minutes of downtown and some really nice shopping and dining in Franklin just up the road. This hotel was obviously a chain "all suites" hotel at one time, now without a flag. It has the three key smell elements of somewhat "iffy" hotels: Strong cleaning product, some smoking allowed (or previously allowed) in hotel, and poor air exchange (stale / musty / damp). None of these in the extreme - just noticeable and enough to let you know you're not in a stellar property. Staff is I'm sure overtaxed and in short supply as in everywhere, so I can't fault them for that. All in all, if you have to stay in the Nashville area where rooms are exorbitantly expensive, this property probably makes more sense than anything.

The main issue is with a rude person that works at the front desk, Kristin. Terrible experience. Secondly, Brentwood Suites is an old hotel that is falling apart and not clean, If you read this review or come to Nashville to visit DO NOT STAY HERE. THE STAFF and the state of the hotel, stay anywhere else. Lobby bathroom disgusting with door lock that is broken. Amongst the many issues.
