Situated right in the heart of Bregenz this place is an ideal location for all things in the area. There is ample underground parking, staff are very courteous and helpful, and the condition of the hotel itself was clean and tidy. The room was on the small side however we were there only for sleeping and it was quiet and clean.

Das Hotel ist mittlerweile leider wirklich sehr schlecht und absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Unsere Hauptkritikpunkte sind: 1. Wir haben falsche Zimmerkarten bekommen. Dieses Zimmer war bereits belegt und es lagen sämtliche Wertgegenstände offen herum (Fotoausrüstung etc.). Ab dem Zeitpunkt hatte ich wirklich ein sehr mulmiges Gefühl in diesem Hotel! 2. Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem unfreundlich. Gerade an der Rezeption kommt niemals ein Lächeln oder Ähnliches. Die Krönung war die Reaktion auf die widerrechtliche Herausgabe der Schlüsselkarten „ Stellen sie sich nicht so an. Das kann schon mal passieren.“ Eine solche Reaktion finde ich wirklich skandalös! Meine Frage nach einem Vorgesetzten wurde mit „ Der ist nie da. Sie können es ja mal am Montag probieren.“ beantwortet. Es gab noch etliches mehr, dies sind nur die beiden größten Kritikpunkte.

It was a pleasant stay. The location is great. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Adequate breakfast and top service. We were very satisfied and will come back.

Classic Ibis hotel, good sized room (unfortunately with carpet), bathroom with the essentials, good cleanliness. 300 MT from the train station and 400 MT from the city center. International and complete breakfast. Advised.

Hidden charges for the parking, not mentioned on the time of booking and when I arrived the reception didn't inform me only on the checkout, also I was automatically overcharged more than my reservation rate and I have to call you to review and until now its not fixed

Enthusiastic and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, and perfect location (10 minutes walk) for the opera. Also close to restaurants and shops. No frills, but great value.Handy cycle hire shop next door.
