"Location is quiet and in Dalat Golf Valley which is also near to Dalat City Center. Room is spacious. Htel rental for motobike is cheap at VND110k/day. There is lounge area for eating and drinking which used to be the coffee area. A comfortable stay."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and chose the largest room for a couple – the executive room. The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are friendly. However, for a room of this caliber, it was very old. The plumbing and floors were dirty, and the bed linen had stains. The room desperately needs renovation and a deep clean. We understand that cleanliness standards in Asia can be different, but this was genuinely unpleasant. You could clearly hear people using the toilet in the next room, and from 4 AM onwards, there were various noises that made it impossible to sleep – construction, barking dogs, and car horns. On top of that, groups of locals were walking around late at night, trying to take pictures at the nearby attraction.
The only positive is the location. If you want to get a good night's sleep, choose another hotel."

"Simple room with few amenities, didn't have soap/toothbrush/comb etc.
Bad soundproofing, bad for those who are sensitive to noise. Aircon suddenly turned from Heat to Cool & couldn't be switched back...not exactly ideal when the outside temperature is ~15 degrees.

"I had a wonderfully relaxing and pleasant stay here. The apartment was spotless, well-ventilated, and created a very inviting atmosphere. It was fully equipped with everything from daily essentials to various appliances, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The staff were warm and friendly, always quick to assist whenever I had questions. Plus, the excellent location was a major bonus, offering easy access to entertainment, dining, and shopping. "This hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering breathtaking views. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the service is top-notch. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious – there's so much to choose from! Free amenities include pools (the outdoor one is cool, the indoor one is warmer), a good gym, and billiards. There are other activities available, but they come with an additional charge.
The main reason to visit here is the golf; for enthusiasts of the game, the conditions are simply excellent. If you're not a golfer, the entertainment options might feel a bit limited, as the surrounding area is primarily golf courses where you can't freely wander. However, there are still some interesting places to walk. During our visit, there were forest fires in the vicinity, so the air quality wasn't the best.
Despite this, our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. We definitely recommend it!"

"The room was very clean, the front desk was very warm and friendly, the English was also very good, very careful to recommend us food, the recommended food is also very good, very local flavor, even give us a reservation location, it is really intimate, although the back because of the bottled water problem is a bit unpleasant, But I think that is mainly because of my own reasons, so I have different ideas about this rule, but this is not a problem with the hotel, it is my own problem, and it is solved properly later. The hotel is very comfortable and the location is quiet and convenient. It is a very good experience. "In my opinion, this is the best value for money place. The staff's courtesy and attentiveness made me want to recommend it to friends and write a Telegram post tagging the hotel. The responsive staff even cooked our eggs from our own groceries, for which we are incredibly grateful and send our regards. The scent of pine trees is enchanting, and the energy of the lake and forest, the silence, and the birdsong are exactly what you need to connect with nature. Every morning, we did yoga by the hotel and didn't feel any intrusive stares. A taxi to the center of Da Lat is 150,000 VND. Food delivery arrives here without any issues, as there aren't many cafes in the immediate vicinity. 100% recommended!"

"Where do I even begin? We extended our stay several times. During my trip I had an accident, and I can honestly say that this hotel helped me heal.
Every member of the staff was so kind, caring, helpful and respectful that words are not enough to thank them. They are truly a dream team — from the reception staff, the bellboys, housekeeping, the waiters, the chef… every single person left a beautiful impression on me.
The hotel is located in a dreamy place. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and beautiful views, this is definitely the place.
Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back and we will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

GGuest UserCheck in was relatively fuss free although we arrived very late. The welcome drink seems to be self-service, we drank some the next day. You can ask for extra room cards. The buffet was quite good, everyday they make an effort to change up the menu although there are some staples for popular dishes. There is an egg station and a pho station. I appreciate the soya milk at the cereal station and the detox water and atiso tea at the drinks station. Yoghurt with fruits are a daily pick for myself. The salads change daily and are very fresh, I liked it. The hotel is very new, the beds very comfortable and it was interesting that they provided a bolster. The room is big and comfortable, I liked that the floor is not carpeted. They provided rubber slippers. There is free coffee and artichoke tea packets. The hot water at the shower is instantaneous and the water pressure is good. I liked that there is a rain shower. The dustbin in the toilet doesn't open up very well, but not much of an issue. Cleanliness can be improved in terms of picking up hairs, thee was a clump stuck behind the toilet door from before our stay. The cleaner also missed hairs on the chair and stains on the floor but I suspect those maybe cannot be removed. I didn't mind that much. The only negative point of the room was rhe sound of traffic, but I brought ear plugs. The staff was helpful and spoke good English, except for cleaning staff. I loved the driver servixe when we booked the one day service. It was for 1.4 mil for 8 hrs. I also used the gym, it is small but has weights, treadmill, a few multi purpose machines and cycling machines. Blinds can be drawn, the sun is quite strong in the morning. In terms of location, it is about 1 km from the lake. Normally I would say the location ia good, except that the traffic is quite scary when the pavements are not built well and there are motorbikes and buses parked on the pavements which makes it very challenging to walk to places. This is the same for a lot of places we visited. Even for a short distance we called a Grab. There was a decent pho place opposite and to the right of thr hotel and two vegetarian restaurants which we dined at. There was also a massage place nearby. We didn't use the hotel spa or dine at the restaurant although they gave us vouchers. It was more expensive in comparison.

국국화향vThe location is excellent, right between Da Lat Night Market and Xuan Huong Lake. You can enjoy lake views from the hotel entrance or from rooms facing the lake at any time.
The hotel itself is grand, luxurious, and has a classic, antique feel. It truly makes you feel like an 18th or 19th-century French aristocrat. The garden is also beautifully maintained and opulent.
Breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea starting at 2 PM.
However, Da Lat mornings and evenings are cold. Even though I used the fireplace heater in my room, it was still chilly, and I ended up catching a cold. It's a good idea to bring warm clothes or pajamas for sleeping.

MM426287****The room was a bit small, but very clean. My room faced the street, and the balcony offered a beautiful spot for photos. The restaurant on the fourth floor also has windows that provide a lovely view of the city, perfect for pictures. You absolutely have to try the complimentary 30-minute massage – it was incredibly relaxing! Breakfast was quite rich, and most of the nearby attractions are within walking distance. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserNo lift so if travel with big and heavy luggage, need to highlight this to them.. At night, the lights at the villa's common area were too dim especially the staircase. Should just add some sensor light. A friendly suggestion that you should place a concierge counter and staff near the entrance. Upon arrival, I have to carry my own luggage up the staircase to the lobby to check in. After that, they only brought my luggage to the buggy and left behind my backpack at the lobby. Besides, it will be more welcoming if someone greeted us upon arrival. But there's no one there. Luckily the scent of lily at the lobby makes it up. Breakfast was good. Environment was beautiful. Bed and pillows are comfy. Meeting the international chain standard. The food at Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is decent but not very authentic.

GGuest UserGreat hotel, but I'd recommend booking a room with air conditioning. It can be chilly in the date, but the smaller rooms can get a bit stuffy (I had a vintage room with a balcony, and no A/C). The staff are lovely, breakfast is excellent, and the location is perfect! Definitely worth the money.
