"The location is fantastic, very close to the train station. It's a short walk to Chinatown and Town Hall, which is right in the city center. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and Hyde Park is right across the street. The breakfast was plentiful.
The room had a small balcony where you could sit, and outside the window was a small garden.
The only slight drawbacks were the small room and bathroom. However, considering the price, it offered good value for money. Plus, the toiletries provided were high-quality and plant-based. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

"The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right outside the T8 exit of the Central Station, within walking distance to all major attractions, and surrounded by numerous dining options. The staff are incredibly friendly and even allowed us to check in in the morning since a room was available. There's also a water dispenser downstairs, and the room itself was clean and well-equipped."

"The room wasn't huge, but there was plenty of space. The partial sea view combined with perfect weather was absolutely amazing! When we returned after dinner, the bed had already been made up – a nice touch! 👍
On the second day, during check-out, because we paid a cash deposit upon arrival, they needed to inspect the room before returning it. I told them I'd go grab breakfast and come back. When I returned, they immediately processed the deposit refund. While waiting, the lobby manager (I assume) took my husband and child to the kids' play area next to the lobby to wait for me. And as we left, they even gave us a plush toy and a puzzle!"

"Overall, the hotel is decent. The location is super convenient, right next to Central Station, making it easy to catch trains, buses, and light rail. The service was also good, but the bathroom didn't have a door, so the floor got really wet after a shower."

"Booked the small room, sufficient for solo traveller but definitely very tight if it is more than one person. Bathroom space are super tight as well. Cleanliness of the room is great, bathroom basin design is awkward which makes the water drainage are slow. My rooms were surrounded with multiple plug which is near to the bed.
Cons: Sound proofing is actually terrible and there is a constant green light blinking on top of the bed which makes sleeping harder.
ps. There is no water bottle provided, however there is free tap water at lobby to be refilled with own bottle!"

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the room view was disappointing. We booked a 'Skyline King Room,' but there was no skyline visible at all; we just looked out onto old, dilapidated rooftops. The room also felt quite small.

FForestDrifter⭐Wake Up Sydney has a very convenient location, close to Central Station and within walking distance to many attractions around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful during the stay. However, the shared bathrooms were not very clean and the facilities felt quite old. Soundproofing was also poor, with loud door noises throughout the night. There is a bar downstairs, so I would not recommend this place for anyone who needs a quiet and restful sleep.

Only downsides are that kitchen can sometimes be dirty when people don't clean after themselves (and the fridges are really messy), and there's not enough washer & dryer!

The dining was excellent and getting around was a breeze. It truly boasts the city's best viewpoints, offering an unparalleled sense of luxury. Without a doubt, it's Sydney's premier hotel – a definite must-book!

GGuest UserWe booked W sydney months in advance with breakfast included and is worth it . Food choices are plenty during breakfast and can order different eggs style and cooking preparation during breakfast and can order different hot or cooled selection of drinks as well. Hotel is clean and location is near china town ,paddys market , and harbour easily accessible to townhall in a walkable distance of 7-10 mins away. There is a fireworks show on saturday night that lasted 5-7minutes.. There are lots of restaurants around the area and ice cream shops as well . There is even a park at the back of the hotel and a playground for kids. I highly recommend this hotel. There is 2 pool in the hotel at 22nd floor and 29th floor . The hotel is beside Imax cinema .

The two-bedroom layout was spacious, clean, though sharing a single bathroom among four adult was a minor inconvenience. A thoughtful gesture from the hotel made our stay even more special—they surprised my son with chocolate treats and a birthday card upon check-in, which we truly appreciated.
The location is excellent, close to many attractions, and the convenience of having a shopping mall right downstairs with restaurants and a supermarket added to the ease of our stay. Overall, it was a delightful and comfortable experience.

Ggu****The hotel's location is excellent. Within a 5 to 10-minute walk, you can reach Chinatown, Paddy's Market, Darling Square, Darling Harbour, and Central Station. The room size was adequate, and it was clean and tidy upon arrival, with daily housekeeping being prompt and thorough. The front desk service was also on point.
However, there are a few minor drawbacks:
1. The lighting in the lobby area isn't great; it's generally too dim and looks like it needs a refurbishment. Hopefully, they'll update it soon.
2. We believe our room was in the newer extension of the hotel. There's a noticeable difference in floor levels between the two buildings, and the connection between them is entirely stairs, which is really inconvenient when you have luggage. This also needs an update.
3. The flooring under the carpet in our room was bulging in places and requires maintenance.

PPeteskywalkerJust completed my first stay at Vibe Hotel Sydney and it was a solid win! It The room was comfy, modern, and hit all the right notes. Great location and 5 minutes walk to Chinatown. But honestly, the highlight of my trip was the top-notch service I received at the Storehouse bar and restaurant. Harvey, you're a legend! His attentiveness, recommendations, and friendly vibes made my dinner experience truly unforgettable. I was there all 3 nights of my stay at this property.
Would definitely stay again and shout out to Harvey for making it a memorable one!

GGuest UserWe had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!
